“I'm editing because I wrote my last review in the heat of the moment which wasn't fair. This company is overall a good place to work even tho I was terminated I still think it's a good place for employment. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is cause when I was terminated I should of been given some kind of discipline I.e suspension doc of pay or retrain but I guess that's just me.. Either way good company to work for.”

“Had a great experience at Plaid Pantry Clackamas today! Big thanks to my clerk, Ryan, for the friendly service and great conversation. We talked about customer reviews and how businesses can improve the customer experience—especially by addressing older, unresolved reviews. It wouldn’t take much for a manage to go back and respond to past concerns, like accusations of short-changing, to show customers they’re being heard.
As for my visit, I saw a review mentioning a moldy soda flavor, but I didn’t taste anything off. Maybe a slight change in sweetener for the non-nutritive one, but nothing weird or gross. I did spot a tiny fleck of something near the soda machine—looked like a tea leaf or something—but it was no big deal. Could’ve even come from my own hands (I’m not exactly pristine).
The Cherry Pepsi and Mountain Dew were out, but no worries—I still got my fix. They had Original Pepsi and Mountain Dew Code Red, and honestly, Code Red is getting harder to find these days, so that was a win. Like candy in a cup!
On a side note, Ryan mentioned that raises aren’t really a thing in jobs like this, which is unfortunate. We all know that a job is best served by someone who enjoys it and is fairly compensated. If a raise isn’t possible in his current role, maybe there’s another position within the company that would better suit him—he’s an artist, a talented drawer, and maybe there’s a role that taps into that skill-set, something more prestigious than the battleground of a convenience store on the outskirts of Portland. Just a thought!
Overall, it was a solid visit—good drinks, good service, and a clerk who actually cares about making the experience better.”

“Come in after my late shifts every so often on the weekends at night and the cashier is super friendly(I think his name was Donevin) and helpful. When I couldn’t find a specific monster drink he helped me out and found it real quick before ringing me up great customer service definitely coming back again.”

“All your bad reviews seem to be for people doing delivery apps. Don't worry about them we all know there the worst costumers always rushing and quick to leave a bad review if u don't make magic happen . I come to this store at least one a week I work near by n I grab a fountain drink or the random pizza even at 8 am when I get off work and every one is always pleasant and every things stocked . I expect worse with all the crazy clients u deal with but nope u all do an amazing job!!! Don't let they reviews get u down look at the source”
