“I was kinda surprised with a bi-mart funny story. My kid needed a restroom and other places we go they do not have one. So I went to this bi-mart, but they required membership, so I signed up just to use their restroom. But i actually like it, and I will come back.”
“Todd rocks!
Came in on 3/2/24 to buy snow chains. The sizing on the products was ambiguous, and one of the employees, Todd, went WAY out of his way to make sure I got the right chains for my tires. I never regret going in to a Bimart, and this one apparently rocks especially hard.”
“This place is kind of a cross between urban and a real country/feed store. They seem to have a large selection of food for livestock and cat's and dog's.They also carry a good selection of boots and clothes.”

It seems like the store is a colorful Hot Topic (in a good way). Small but good variety of anime (mostly Studio Ghibli) items. I would say 1/2 of the store is pop culture and disney things.

I totally understand wanting to leave when the store closes but when you have 2 shopping carts full of stuff, you’d think they wouldn’t mind staying an extra 5 for a $400+ sale. ?♀️”

“I do my christmas shopping there. Great products, staff very helpful and friendly usually, last night the young girl didn't get her name was rude and frankly shouldnt.be in customer service. Wouldn't wrap the glass items properly and tried to shove over 200 dollars or glass items in one bag when I asked if she could please wrap and put in more bags she informed me they cost 5 cents each....ya think if I'm spending over 200 on items I really don't care hos much the extra bags cost.”

“Almost always busy! Great gas price usually the lowest in the area. One the bigger Fred Meyer fuel stations I've been to. Great spot to drop off cans fuel up grab a pack of smokes or a soda, and hit the road or park and going store for some one stop Freddy's style shopping!”
“We had some confusion on an exchange in women's clothing at the Clackamas Town Center store. Susan Haman stepped in and resolved everything so easily and with such great customer service. She has such a gift with customers and she really cares about the stores satisfaction. I give her a 10 out of 10 for her retail sales satisfaction!”

“Good selection of clothing, accessories plus a nice staff in the store. Very friendly and outgoing I was the only one in the store and there was quite a few staff members. Have very cute clothes something the younger generation would like.A nice selection of perfume and aftershaves that anyone would like. Jhonathan gave me samples of their perfume sample papers there were nice. They were inexpensive & in beautiful bottles. Something nice for that special birthday.The store was clean, tidy & well organized with plenty of room to walk around the store be sure to stop by & check them out.”

I do have some constructive criticism and why:
I wish they would police the handicap parking spot and keep it clean.
I happen to be in a wheelchair, and someone had placed gum on the white part of the handicap access lane so that it was invisible.
I ran over it, and since manual wheelchair users use their hands to navigate with a push rim, it didn't take long before my hands made contact with this stranger's saliva, my immune system is not great. It caused a great deal of discomfort, and in a way, I felt violated.
I had great difficulty removing the gum from my wheelchair. In fact, some is still embedded. It also wasn't the only piece of gum and other questionable things on the ground, this is just the one I couldn't avoid, making it feel dirty.
This may be nothing to an able-bodied person who can just sidestep or wash their shoe at home, but to people like myself, I may have been exposed to something that will cause me to need a hospital trip.
On the way back out, a man had parked his vehicle in the handicap spot next to me. He had no placard or plate that would give him legitimate access to these parking spots.
As a handicapped person, not maintaining these areas, and guarding them against rule-breakers like I witnessed, is one of the things that makes it very difficult to have access to the public and feel safe at the same time. Many times, I've been unable to access various places due to people using these parking spots for their personal comfort, at times parking directly on the access lane so that I can't even get out of my own vehicle.
Sorry for the long review, but I feel it is actually necessary to tell others what life is like and how these things affect you when you're disabled, and things others don't even have to think about are now an impenetrable barrier.
Awareness is important.”
“Ross has security at the door, and they only allow so many customers in the store at a time. The store was clean, but the checkout is very slow. However, they have lots of socks and that was the reason for our visit”

“Great environment, the music is going and they always have nice knowledgeable staff and I mean its MAC always top of the line products and they have a recycling program which is awesome to bring in your used containers and get a free product and you can do up to 6 times a day I think. I will always shop here. And they ate great with re-directing you if you find something that doesnt look good on you. Other places care more about the sale then the customer thank you MAC!”
