“Living in Lincoln City I was informed of the excellent frired chicken Chester's served in the deli...it's outstanding.
However...the ladies and gentlemen behind the counter are EXTREMELY OUTSTANDING!
Been there 4 times around 3pm and the staff go beyond their pay scale to be very helpful and pick out pieces of chicken they would want if the roles were reversed.
I can only assume since the workers have such a positive attitude the store manager must be on top of his game and treat staff with respect.”

“I recently came in to fill propane.
I pulled up to the tank and waited for a few minutes and no one came. So I walked across the to the store and said I need propane. Got answered it will be minute. I walked back to the tanks and no one came. So I drove my car over and went back inside and said I still need propane. The lady working said I was being rude, she said the person who was going to help me was at lunch. She didn't tell me that. I was upset & frustrated-angry because I had to wait. I tried to apologize to her and I did say to her i wasn't being rude, but after thinking it over she was right. I was rude.
I shouldn't have lost my temper.
I hope you will forgive me, this will never happen again.”

“Soooooo, I am embarrassed to say, we have been going to Lincoln City for years, but haven't stop here...for some dumb reason. We often stay for an extended holiday, a long weekend escape from Portland. We have always stocked up at the Safeway a few miles down the road. Moving forward we will stock up here. Lots of options, tons of fun items... local and beyond. It's worth a stop if you are staying in the area!!”
