“My time walking into cricket on Biddle was a solid visit, fast friendly and smooth. Both associates were kind and overly helpful! Cricket is and has been a great carrier I have used for 6 years, it seems they take time to get the best price and service for the customers as the years go by. I don't have a negative complaint w/ Cricket and suggest using Cricket with out a doubt for cell phone services and when you do and live in Medford Oregon and have any questions or need help the Cricket associates there will not only answer or fix any type of concerns/questions you have you will also be happy with going to them for any direction or help with Cricket services ? ? thx Cricket”

“Ordered online, went in to pick up and I had Kimber help me set up my son’s new phone and she was above and beyond AMAZING! This girl rocks! The other guy working (didn’t catch his name) was very rude like tho, and very pushy trying to get us to buy other things and questioned why I didn’t just ship to home if I already had all the accessories etc I needed for the new device! It seemed like he only came out to try to steal any possible sells from her. And I will gladly say if I need any help from now on I will for sure be coming back to this store for Kimber, and Kimber ONLY!”

“Target in Medford is conveniently located between Interstate 5 and the Rogue Valley Mall. They have good deals on Health and Household Essentials, often including store credit through a gift card if you spend a certain amount, which is nice if you're planning to buy it anyway or stocking up. If I'm not sure where a product would be in the store, I can look up the location through the app. I also earn $ when I scan my free Target Circle membership QR code at checkout!I don't really interact with employees here since they are big on self check-out, but when I have to return an item I didn't end up needing, staff at customer service is always pretty friendly and easy-going.”
“I recently had a virus on my new phone and sought out advice from my local Verizon store. They said they couldn't help me out and sent me to the geek squad at best buy . After two lengthy trips to the geek squad and a few hundred dollars they gave up and said I needed to go nuclear and get a new Sim card. I returned to Verizon and a young lady named Jade helped me. A young male associate went and got a sim card to install, but Jade said not so fast and actually took the time to see if it was necessary. She quickly diagnosed the issue, changed my texting app to Verizon, and cleared up the problem. Bingo bango problem solved. Her initiative, skill set, and excellent customer service was so refreshing. Thanks to her alone I was a happy customer.”
“I recently went through some identity theft with the newest T-mobile breach.My identity theft was pretty extreme. I didn’t fully comprehend how bad my situation was until this store basically took my family in, and protected us.It wasn’t their business to clean up after T-mobile, but they did!I been working with this store about two months now, and they went out of their way to help us in a time of need.I wish I could remember the young lady’s name who just got back from leave. She helped me get the phone I really wanted with a damaged credit score from my identity theft.The manager of this store is truly amazing man that helped my family get through a very tough time in our life.I will never forget what you guys did for us…. You guys rock!!!”

This is a really impressive store.It is vast well - organized, and has really great staff.The lovely lady ( manager?) in Cosmetics - with the pretty red jeweled mask - is terrific. She is smart and very helpful. Hers is THE best Walmart Cosmetic Dept I have shopped in - early and often. Shelves stocked and tidy and easy to access - and purchase!In Ladies "Lingerie" there is a very attractive redhead who went to great lengths to assist me in finding specific items. She was so helpful and patient and really knew her merchandise. A pleasure shopping with her.We never visit Medford without stopping at this clean, organized, impressive store. “US Cellular is for the people they provide you with plans that provide a cheaper, monthly and plans that can give you discounts on phones. The people there are friendly and want to help in any way they can. They make sure to get you everything you need and try to make a reasonable phone bill in the process.They smoothly help me port over my phone number and even got me a sweet tablet and watch to go with it. I didn't think I needed it, but they found that some of my interests and hobbies work well with these.The whole staff is extremely knowledgeable. I definitely will be taking all of my business there.”
