Twice now, I've had delays of a full day getting a prescription. First, closed on Easter Sunday while I had a very bad UTI. Not fun! Second time, yesterday, told that they needed clarification. Clarification so again, I am left waiting for a prescription. Thankfully my condition not as painful as the UTI.

It’s very hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone. They are under staffed. Predictive pick up times are often wrong and you have to go there in person to find out when it will be ready. Nice people, they are working hard, just not enough employees.

They are typically busy, but they're very helpful. One of the techs noticed my prescription wasn't sent through my insurance and found me a coupon to bring the price down to almost half it's original price.
