Great place to find raw materials for making tinctures, herbal concoctions, medicinals or wellness. The staff is very knowledgeable and they have a really great variety of literature and inventory in addition to promoting sustainability and community development.

Mountain Rose Herbs feels like an old time apothecary. It’s a wonder to explore. They have everything you need for making your own skin care products and an entire side room full of different kinds of herbs you can buy. My teen and I enjoy getting coffee at farmers union, and then browsing Mountain Rose and DTE.
