Wags! Dog Emporium
136 Oakway Rd, EugeneMy family uses WAGS a lot for various needs. It’s boutique-y, but in a really good way. Welcoming to all, but not horrible fluorescents like a pet smart. They have a reasonable selection and lots of little opportunities for clients to have a quality experience.Thank you for being around!

Bare Bones Dog Wash
3365 E Amazon Dr, EugeneThis is hands-down my favorite self washing dog place!!! The tubs are just a perfect height for my big dog where it doesn’t hurt my back afterwards and they’re always so welcoming and helpful especially Susan (I could be getting her name wrong) especially since they don’t care how long it takes to do my dog as she has a lot of fur takes forever to dry and at the end of it they have a wide variety of treats, bandannas, colognes to make sure everything is perfect!!

Pet Care

Bush Animal Hospital
2415 Oakmont Way, EugeneOur dog had her teeth cleaned, and some extracted by Dr. Blystone. As usual, Dr. Blystone provided excellent care with compassion, and she acknowledged and addressed our concerns. She called in between X-rays to keep us abreast on conditions and what needed to be done. When we came back to pickup our dog, she showed us the X-rays and explained in more details, and instructed aftercare. We got a follow-up the next day, checking on our girl’s condition. All in all, everything went well, and the whole experience at BAH was great. We’ve been taking our girl there for 9 years, and though her primary care provider is Dr. Blystone, she had been cared for by, I believe, all other BAH vets, and we have been happy with all of them.

CatCare
1400 Willamette St, EugeneI’ve never felt better about taking my cats to the vet. I feel informed, and it’s clear they truly care about my kitties and figuring out what’s going on. A cat-only vet makes so much sense—my cats are still a bit nervous, but it’s nothing like past visits where they could smell dogs and other animals. Having a vet who genuinely understands and loves cats makes such a wonderful difference.

Bush Animal Hospital: Newman Devin DVM
2415 Oakmont Way, EugeneI always take my pups and kitties to this hospital, including after going to other vets in the past. They are always there for us, providing the best wrap-around care. All of the vets are knowledgeable and compassionate people; intelligent, well-educated and unafraid to turn to other staff for input when they wonder about something. Over the years, they have helped us through baby times, all the times in between, and times when we had to say good-bye to our precious friends. AND they've helped us through a couple emergencies, like yesterday, when I screwed up and somehow left fudge where my pups could reach it. When I realized we were in over my head, I called and was told to bring the pup in whom I knew needed help. We arrived as quickly as possible, although we live 25 miles away. We were met in the parking lot by Ashley, who immediately took the one pup from the car. She got him quickly into the clinic for treatment. He was more than happy to be going inside with her, as he loves his vet visits! Dr. Blystone appeared in a few minutes, while I waited in the car with my other pup who was complaining about being left outside! Dr. Blystone told me what she was doing and that my pup was OK. She was very comforting and kind. Today, our precious pup is tired, but he's with us! I cannot express the level of gratitude I feel for this Bush team. They have been our support for over 20 years, always providing positive and top notch care. They communicate beautifully, listening as well as they give feedback and educate me when I have questions. I can expect immediate support when I am afraid for my furries, and I can count on loving and compassionate care being given. The pups love going to see their doctors! .....any of them. They are the very best. PS My neighbor was listening to the phone call I made to them yesterday when I knew we needed help. She was AMAZED at their immediate and kind response to our need. And the stayed late to help us..... Precious care givers. Simply the best.

Willamette Valley Dog and Cat Motel, Inc.
28438 Bodenhamer Rd, EugeneI can’t say enough about the care our pup, Lucy Lou, received at Willamette Valley Dog and Cat Motel.

We had worked with a couple of other trainers previously - our work with Debbie has been the most helpful and productive - by far. Her deep knowledge of dog behavior and psychology and unlimited patience really make her a dog training rock star. She helps provide structure to our daily training sessions and my dogs really love her games. I look forward to our next classes.

1000 Obie St, EugeneI have loved training at Emerald Dog Obedience Club. It has been an extremely positive experience and I have learned so much as a handler and about my dog. I would recommend Emerald Dog Obedience to anyone looking to gain skills in handling and training with your dog and to gain the tools to work on obedience.

Comprehensive Pet Therapy Inc - Dog Training Oregon
3570 Black Oak Rd, EugeneI adopted Frankie when she was 6 months old. She had been adopted by another family and things did not go as planned. After several different training classes, we found Chrissy.Chrissy came to meet Frankie, and with her help, we identified some key core competencies that Frankie was missing.Frankie went through the board and train program with Chrissy. Chrissy was clear about how to make the program work for Frankie and me. She was thorough, professional and clear about what to expect with this initial board and train period.Fast forward to picking Frankie up and bringing her home. Frankie's re-entry into the home has been remarkable. Chrissy taught me an effective way to communicate with Frankie calmly and yet firmly. Frankie seems much more confident knowing what is expected of her and knowing which behaviors will not be tolerated. Chrissy taught me techniques and commands I can use so that both Frankie and I can have a mutually enjoyable life together. What felt like hopelessness now feels like peace! I am confident that moving forward Frankie and I will continue to work on training to insure we both have the best owner/pet relationship possible.I highly recommend Chrissy to help you with your training. Your dog will thank you. Thanks Chrissy!

Korea House Restaurant
1306 Hilyard St, EugeneThis restaurant is fantastic, cried real tears.
I got the kimchi udon soup, their kimchi is fantastic, overall on the milder side but worked great with the soup.
It came out piping hot and was perfect for the cold spring day we ate there at. The seating is pretty limited at the restaurant, but the ambiance is very peaceful and quiet, the couple who runs the restaurant is very nice and very quick. You do have to bus your own table, and you pick up your food at the front on trays.
I have this restaurant 5 stars because it is so lovely, affordable and massive portions. I paid about 16$ for a massive bowl of noodles— so no problems there.
I would advise against large parties due to the limited seating of the restaurant.
