Came in on 3/2/24 to buy snow chains. The sizing on the products was ambiguous, and one of the employees, Todd, went WAY out of his way to make sure I got the right chains for my tires. I never regret going in to a Bimart, and this one apparently rocks especially hard.”

“I do my christmas shopping there. Great products, staff very helpful and friendly usually, last night the young girl didn't get her name was rude and frankly shouldnt.be in customer service. Wouldn't wrap the glass items properly and tried to shove over 200 dollars or glass items in one bag when I asked if she could please wrap and put in more bags she informed me they cost 5 cents each....ya think if I'm spending over 200 on items I really don't care hos much the extra bags cost.”
“Store was a little crowded with clearance racks, dressing room floor was littered. Employees were great and helpful as always. Plenty of merchandise to choose from.”
“I could spend hours in here. The staff was super cool when we kept them a little later, which other locations the employees bc extremely rude if you keep them late. I totally understand wanting to leave when the store closes but when you have 2 shopping carts full of stuff, you’d think they wouldn’t mind staying an extra 5 for a $400+ sale. ?♀️”

“i was there almost closing time. Only one person said to me welcome. And ask to me do you need anything. Other crews are way to busy and only one cashier opens the her account. So not many customers are there but still we were waiting more than 20mins( 3 people’s lined up) but so many great clothes, home style, seasonal items selection. I hope they hire security guards. I didn’t see any security guards Tuesday night. Anyway good place to shopping. Prices are reasonable and no sales tax. Parking places are huge.”

“We had some confusion on an exchange in women's clothing at the Clackamas Town Center store. Susan Haman stepped in and resolved everything so easily and with such great customer service. She has such a gift with customers and she really cares about the stores satisfaction. I give her a 10 out of 10 for her retail sales satisfaction!”
“This is our local Fred Meyer's. You'll find the store very well stocked with anything and everything that you could possibly need. From groceries produce meats, cheeses, furniture, toys, games, tools, you name it they have it. This is also one of the cleanest stores I've seen. we really enjoy shopping here.”
“Went into this store for my birthday and immediately was greeted by a wonderful worker with amazing red curly hair, didn't get her name ? she said welcome in, what are you guys up to today? I told her it was my birthday and I had a gift card, she proceeded to wish me a happy birthday, tell me about items in the store and more deals with the app! She was so great! Then a few minutes later my daughter asked a question about possible product and the next thing I see is her phone is out and they are exchanging stories, ideas and laughing. I LOVE this customer service. There was another gal there who was helping customers too and she would multitask with the best of them. When she would pass me she would say little informational blurps. Very kind, very upbeat. Will definitely go back!!! ?”

“Shout out to Amy in Home Goods! Awesome customer service! I was on the hunt for a GraniteWare canner with jar rack and drove all over town. Seven places, guys. Had two places lie to me over the phone that they had them in stock but didn't when I showed up. When Amy got me on the phone, she actually walked back to the aisle to check. Talked about packaging details and even told me what aisle to go to because the store is so large. Give Amy a raise! To all the other customer service clerks out there that check a computer for stock, your lazy butt should be fired.”

“My friend and I had Robin as our cashier. Robin went above and beyond when my friend was confused about how many Nordstrom Notes she had. Robin took the time to look up the history on line and then went the extra mile to call another Norstrom Rep to confirm the correct amount. Even though this all took extra time, she remained calm and friendly through the whole process. It's comforting to know that there is still good customer service out there. Especially with Robin at the wheel! Hats off to Robin!”

“Fairview Target has just remodel this store. I told the hubby let's go in here and check it out what they do different? Well they have a lot more groceries! Besides that the store was basically said that the same way. They cashier was very friendly as well.”
