“The landlord/office manager, Tim, is AMAZING at his job. My sister and I lived here for five and a half years and he was always willing and able to help us when we needed it, and was always ready to answer any questions we had. From the horror stories I've heard from friends, family and coworkers, Tim is truly one in a million.
As for the neighborhood, it was pretty decent for most of our stay. Every so often, there'd be a homeless person walking by, screaming (which also happens at my new place ?♀️), and occasionally one would be digging through the dumpster (which Tim would always handle), but otherwise, it's a very nice neighborhood. It's near a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and most of our neighbors here were pretty great, too!”

The property manager Dani Jones is absolutely amazing. Always knows why I'm there and is always ready. She's super kind and knowledgeable and I just wanted to say thank you for always making my job easier! The maintenance crew here is also exceptional and I can't thank you enough for all you do.”
“The managers are so sweet, polite and understanding. They went up and beyond to make my townhouse a home. Maintenance workers are very friendly and fast accommodating. I only been here a few months but I love it so much.”

“I live on one of the third floors and if you heard the fire alarm go off at some odd hour of the night that one time along with loud noises like stomping, slamming or yelling sometimes throughout December and January I’m sincerely sorry about that ? downstairs neighbors, thank you for being chill”
“I’ve lived here since January 2024. When I first moved in, the place was unkept and run down. Getting ahold of the manager, let alone maintenance, was impossible, and safety was a major concern. Since the new manager, Kristy, came aboard over a year ago, there’s been an immediate and positive change in response times, professionalism, maintenance, and overall safety. When I first moved here, it was meant to be temporary, but now it feels like home and i don’t give good reviews ever so take note..”
