“We visited this store following a horrible experience at another retailer in Hillsboro. JT was not only kind, he made sure we had what we needed in a timely manner and did not push any upgraded products on us (we actually had to ask about a watch promotion as he knew we had a long day of dealing with the other store). Sergio was also very helpful in obtaining our necessary info to transfer carriers. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this store for all of your T-mobile needs; we won't be going anywhere else!
