“On 7/24/2024, I collided with debris on the highway that damaged the bumper, the grill, punctured the radiator, and more requiring the replacement of many parts. I had an out-of-state car trip preplanned that could not be postponed. Over about 10 working days, the Springfield Auto Craft got all the parts in time to complete the repairs with three days to spare. Throughout, Ticia was sympathetic to my deadline and kept me informed on the status of the parts deliveries and how that impacted their estimate of the completion date. I got the feeling they wanted to come through for me.
Cosmetically, the entire front end looks brand new. I further got the car back washed and the interior completely cleaned! When I picked the car up, they also helped me reattach both license plates (that the insurer had removed). I've driven the car about 1,000 miles since and it's running great. I'm very grateful to Auto Craft for their service! They earned all five stars.

“Recently I had a leveling kit installed on my 1991 GMC, it made the truck look great. Then I decided that it was time to have some other front end work done to replace aged parts. The guys replaced cv axles, new upper a-arm, rebuilt the lowers and aligned the front end. Upon performing those tasks they told me my front brakes were gone. Gave them the go ahead to replace rotors and pads. I have to say the truck has never driven that smoothly since new. The honesty and perfection of the work is very much appreciated. I will continue to support their business glady. Great job guys, you should be proud of running a trustworthy shop.”

My experience with the Eugene and Corvallis locations has been poor but the Springfield yard seems to be much better.”

“I had a problem with my canopy door, not locking properly. I went to all American truck and SUV accessory at Gateway loop in Springfield, Oregon. Two men worked for over 20 minutes on my canopy door and when they got done, it worked perfectly. When I asked for the bill, they said there would be no charge. Their shop and office was very clean and if I had any problems or wanted any new accessories for my truck and canopy, I wouldn’t hesitate to go to their shop again. I was very appreciative of how they help me.”

“Most helpful customer service I have gotten in this location in a while. I am a ranchhand work at so many places fixing people’s stuff up and have done a couple rebuilds. The last couple times I was in this location I had absolutely terrible customer service. Oh how I was pleasantly excited tonight when I stopped in and helped by MO I have never received such wonderful customer service at this location and usually drive extra to go to river road but I will def visit Springfield location more often now they have actual trained people with amazing customer service skills.”

“Brought my Forester in their for leaking axle seals. They were replaced a year ago before I bought the car and hooked it up free labor under a warranty type deal. Also informed me on a bent oil pan and got that replaced as well. Guy at the desk was very nice and updated me on the car status multiple times throughout the time they had it. Also shout-out one of their techs Devon. He worked on my car did a great job. Also answered a bunch of my questions on how he did a couple things and my future plans for the car. Highly recommend for any ones Subaru needs”
