“Super friendly and helpful staff at the LO Post Office. James went above and beyond to help us prepare and mail a few hundred envelopes internationally. Thank you!!”

“Wow, the person who has the “pirate’s life” picture made my experience so easy and breezy today!! I came in after a long day at work and I had too much brain fog to figure out what I was supposed to do on my own, this dude was super polite and even made the experience fun! So awesome!! Thanks for doing what you do and being such a kind person!”

“Staff helped to track down a package on it's way to me. It had the wrong address. Th is manager was super helpful and communicative. Updated me on progress and let e know hen he had the delivery in his hands. Excellent and courteous customer service. 10Stars. My only regret is misplacing the receipt with the QR code for feedback on that specific transaction. Give these guys good reviews if you can to help me return the favor.”

“Just want to give a huge shout out to the post master of this post office. She went above and beyond to help us find our missing packages. Turns out it was a simple mistake, but it shows alot about her leadership to handle the task on her own. Thank you again.”

“What an awesome post office. I love the old look and how they attend to you. I've been to other post offices I. Texas and this one is way way WAY better.”

“I had a great conversation with the clerk at the West Slope location, I wish I could remember his name, but my receipt says Clerk 1. He’s retiring soon, after 30 years of service, and he was great to work with. Hope he has a great time in retirement traveling and enjoying life!”

“I loved the posts workers up front they were so helpful. I usually get the young man up front and he’s been great. The other ladies are just as wonderful. I live on barrington and my carrier is stupendous. Don’t know what all the negative comments are about. Post office is better than my last one in Hollywood.”

“I like this p.o. Every time I have came here they have the supplies I need. I do wish the priority boxes were available after hours. The office needs a bit of an update but that hasn't interfered with the great service I recieved. Easy access to disabled parking. Friendly .”

“Not the most timely service for deliveries, but I haven't dealt with this location in-person, except for once. I had some packages that they held after not being able to verify my new address for some reason. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful. I went by one day and the service desk was closed, but it was within the time frame he gave me. I knocked and he had left a note on my packages for an easy pickup. I appreciated his service and that he corrected the issue. Side note: they don't answer when you call. He saw my inquiry after being unable to reach anyone and he called me.”

“We as citizens, forget minutes after ups drops a package off how hard, fast, and accurate they are almost everytime. I can't think of one time I did not get my package ever in 51 yrs. I've had fed x screw up, Amazon, best buy, and many others that most of the time are time sensitive, plus the many times I have had something wrong to where I have to send back with any other shipping situation.”

“The little gem of a station is just off SE Powell at SE 14th. It is a gem, often overlooked in favor of the larger Brooklyn Station on SE 7th. The result is generally shorter lines (if there are any at all). During the last couple of visits, there is one person "holding down the fort." It's better to have your packages securely taped prior to sending them, only because there are *occasional* shortages of packing supplies you may otherwise have a last-minute need for.”

“This Post Office has poor reviews though I’m not sure why; in terms of mailing, there was no wait for me (two team members available) and friendly customer service. Parking was easy (small lot), so I loved not having to search for parallel parking. I was able to mail a package and get a money order with no problem. This would be my recommended NW Post Office for a friend!”

“One clerk at counter while other was at lunch. 2 people had several pkgs to mail out.then a woman was sending a 1# PKG to Israel. Was asked for a postal code and couldn't read the address.i just needed 1st class stamps, was quick and pleasant.”

“My favorite post office in the Lake Oswego / West Linn area. First, no lines even during the busy holiday season. Okay, maybe you wait a few times, but not as bad as the downtown LO post office. Second, the people who work at this branch are very friendly and willing to help problem solve if need be. Today I needed to ship a skateboard to my son who is in college. The man working took the time to fashion a box that would fit the odd item. He was really nice about it too. This truly is the best postal branch if you are in the general vicinity.”

“I was in the neighborhood, getting KT Tape at Walgreens to send to my sister, so I found this Post Office close by.Whoa, what a beautiful building!Good parking on a Friday afternoon.I went inside, and the lobby is huge! There was only one customer ahead of me, who was chatting with the clerk. The were both in a good mood. When it was my turn, I remarked how nice this Post Office is.The clerk said not to come during the holidays, because this place will be packed.”

“Was super surprised to see the low rating for this post office because my experience has been awesome every time. Everyone here is so patient and friendly. Big shoutout to Arnold for being a huge help with our passport application – made everything a breeze. Seriously, this place deserves way more love for the amazing service they provide.”

“Not sure why all the negative reviews. I always call this location when my package is lost and they've always been super helpful. And the staff there is friendly if you need to come in to pick up a package. I don't think people know how good they have it here compared to other cities/states.”

“Friendly staff, easy to walk there if you live in FoPo. They can be a little busy in the afternoon but wait time is decent. Good selection of stamps and supplies. If you drive, parking lot is okay too.”

“You're understaffed & that is not the person working the counters fault, it's not even the on site managers fault. The employees are doing their job efficiently, so if you manage post office sites & read this, the solution isn't a pep talk with your front liners about charisma & attitude. You're understaffed. being understaffed is not something your employees on the clock can change within their performance. Give everyone a break & put one more person on the schedule”

“How dare the post office follow government policy, and federal law! This post office refused to vault over my electric fence. Run past my 3 attack dogs, and have it on my door my 10am! This is absolutely unfair!”

“I am a big fan of all the employees at the Milwaukie post office. I know they have the weekends off, so go then boo-hoo but they are always so reliable whenever I am there Monday through Friday they all rock and I respect each and everyone of them.”

“Thoroughly enjoy shipping my packages from this location. The staff is always patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Shout out to Rob! He’s a really nice and helpful clerk.”

“Doug is the best! He is the mail carrier for my area and I had a lot of package trouble. He was always so nice and helpful. The lady who answers the phone was very rude and made my experience feel hopeless. Doug had nothing to do with my package situation and had no control over it, but gave up his own time to listen to me while I was upset and was kind.”

“Just stopped in to send a couple of packages out. Chris was super helpful and able to rearrange boxes to help me ship them out at a more affordable cost. Thank you Chris!!”

“It felt like going to a shopping mall on the coast, all very quaint. The couple working were very sweet and helped me mail my package. They gave me a brochure about all the service they offered. Definitely will come back!I went midday on a week day and there was no line.”

“What can I say… like all USPS locations this one seems under staffed and the folks who are working must be over worked. Bless them! Long lines every time I come. I appreciate being able to send packages and letters. This location is also open till 6 most days as well as on Saturdays. The broken and boarded up windows give this location a gritty feel, well to be honest that’s pretty much all of Portland these days. Sheesh! What’s happened to our city?! Please vote!!!”

“Went to apply for passport and it was a good experience. The lady accepting passport applications ( Valerie I believe) was nice an accommodating. The post office was empty, no wait or lines or issues.”
