“Wonderful experience! I had a ridiculous amount of chain, and small bills I wanted to exchange for large bills. It turned out to be a huge project because the money counter would not read the bills. (My fault they were crinkled) Jasmye Dixion was extremely helpful and patient making the experience fun! Now I am all set for my trip! Great customer service experience!”

“I love doing my banking here. The staff is very polite and helpful. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are not open at all on Saturdays. I usually get paid friday and work until 6pm which means I have to wait until Monday to cash my check. They also don't offer atm deposit.”
“I am only a credit card customer, but Johnny gave me 5 star customer service. He tried to fix the issue. He forwarded the issue to HQ. Kept me in the loop of progress. Someone attempted to hack our account last week and she jumped right on to lock things down and set us up with a new account. She then walked us thru all of the steps needed to facilitate our on line banking needs. If I could give more than 5 stars for her I would!!”
