1611 Virginia Ave #109, North BendI was travelling solo with my special needs, elderly dog in the Coos Bay area when I had a fall that would require my going to the hospital and having surgery. I knew no one in the area, and had no idea where my dog could stay safely for a few days. The paramedic on scene took it upon himself to get a name of someone for me to reach out to. It turned out to be Deb Campbell with Campbell K9 University. I talked with Deb on the phone, and she agreed to come to the hospital. Her warmth and concern for my dog showed thru, and our discussion about my dogs' needs left me feeling quite satisfied that my dog would be loved and well-cared for. Deb and her husband Rex are some of the best people you will meet, and the personal care that my dog received was a level above. I cannot rave enough about how gentle they were with her, understanding her specific needs as a blind dog with partial hearing. They kept her feeling safe and loved - until we could be reunited. Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts! You were a God-send for BOTH of us!

66234 N Bay Rd, North BendOMG- my 3 friends who from the PNW- and myself who's been living here for a year now- we LOVED this spot!!! Everything was SO good!!! The half shell oysters were the BEST we've had anywhere, and so big!! Also, the fried oysters, the nachos, and the oyster chowder were wonderful!!!! I can't recommend the chowder enough- the flavor and texture is just phenomenal. We took some home. We will be back!!! ??

66304 US-101, North BendPass by this spot a lot on my way out of town and finally decided to stop by. The spot is easy to access and I love the color, probably why it always caught my eye. The menu is simple but the gentleman working was awesome and said I could just let him know what I want and he'd get it done. We chatted for a little as I'm new to the area and he was sharing his experience having moved from Montana quite some time ago. I loved the energy drink, the energy and the cost was comparable (if not significantly better) than Dutch or Human Bean. I'll definitely come back to try out some coffee next time!

940 Virginia St, North BendStopped in just before 12:00 on Saturday (11/8/25). As usual they had long lines, but this pretty young woman, with the most beautiful smile was visiting cars to get their orders and keep things moving quickly. She was very personable, and even talked to my dog (which he thought was pretty amazing too). After taking my order, she said, how about this one is on me! I wasnt sure if i heard her correctly. After confirming, I thanked her, but was still in shock. She went out of her way to do something so sweet for a stranger. It prompted me to go to social media, and challenge people to pay it forward. I hope positive things come back to her 1,000 times over. I dont know her name, but I'm hoping her boss understands what an AMAZING person and employee she is. To this beautiful girl...you made an old lady feel very special. Thank you so much!!!
