“I had a new pair of Apple Air Pod’s that I had only used a few times. All of a sudden the adapter charger wasn’t staying connected to Air Pods charging case. I brought them to Fix Hut. The person named, Paul, that was working said they didn’t normally work on Air Pods, but he would take a look at them. A short time later he came from the back of the store and had fixed the issue. Tried to offer him some money, but he just said “happy holidays” and wouldn’t accept a payment. Will be bringing my I'-Phone or I-pad here for any future needs. Much more friendly and convenient than trying to use the internet or Apple Support.”
“This remnant of an older generations capitalism saved me from buying a new battery when the old one just needed to be charged, which they did for almost no cost. Nostalgia in its best form.”

She did not want a new phone as you can imagine a 16-year-old as her life on her phone. . . Not only was it only the battery The technician Gary was amazing. We dropped it off at two and it was completely fixed by 2:45. Under 100 bucks fast click reliable, friendly amazing service. Definitely recommend stopping in. “Was on our way to the airport for me to get back home but my father's car was on the verge of breaking down due to a faulty TPS. They live 3 hours away from this place AND the airport so we were in desperate need to get the part replaced within the necessary time frame. We swung by here and Brennen was patient, kind, with the quickness, easygoing and THE helpful team member we needed after a stressful day. Not only was he able to price match from the autozone we originally stopped at (they were unhelpful) but he went above and beyond to make sure we could service the car ourselves in the emergency, and checking in on us while we worked on it and customers came in and out. After some mistakes and dropping some screws (that Brennen replaced or gave us the necessary tools for retrieval), we were up in running! When there was more hiccuping issues we returned and he still had the same kindness and patience with us as they rechecked the OBD sensor. We had so many questions and requests, but Brennen was never bothered, never rushed us, was generous and overall a cool guy. Thanks again Brennen! Give that man a raise ?”
