βI'd give it a 4. It wasn't a bad experience, but I wouldn't say it was super smooth. Had to wait on cars. Reserved a mid-size SUV. They wanted to give me a Dodge Durango, I would have said yes. But, it was just me. Got a Ford Escape & it was nice.β

βThey are great, they do great work, professional stellar customer service. They make your visit simple, time efficient, I've dealt with them since I bought my car from them and I am still impressed with them, from day of purchase to warranty work has been stellar. They always make you first and good Stewart's of your time.β
βI only go through Enterprize and have used them many times. They have great vehicles. They are clean and usually a newer modles which offer Eco/fule efficient. Their requirements are for driver's are reasonable. They offer insurance, or if your current insurance covers rentals then your able to use current insurance. This last time, I went through priceline instead of straight with enterprize and there was some confusion with the billing. The manager got right back with me and it was corrected. I 100% won't ever go through another rental company because of the business ethics with this company. Thank you!!!β

βHad a A+ experience. Arrived by train and a very friendly kind young lady picked us up within 5-10 minutes of our call. She drove us to the Enterprise location and in no time we were out and on our way. Return was just as easy. Drove to Enterprise and had a helpful young man drive us to the train station. The car was clean and we had no issues. Also, we received a phenomenal price offered thru Costco. Would highly recommendβ
βHad an awesome car rental experience at this location. Pick up and drop off were both a breeze. The car we rented was clean and in good condition and was perfect for our long road trip. The staff at this location are amazingly friendly and social. I've never experienced car rental staff that I've actually enjoyed talking to, or that would engage in an extended conversation with customers. This happened both at pick up and drop off! Luckily this location is super close to where we live so we will definitely become returning customers!β

βTop notch van rental ! Weβve rented the van for 12 days, touring a lot of Oregon and Northern California. Itβs been amazing. We got everything we needed in the van (blinds, cooking material, bedding, table and outside chairs), it was easy to ride, big enough for two and really comfortable. We cooked almost every single lunch and dinner in fantastic locations. Also, the rental staff is excellent, and we got a nice ride to Portland airport afterwards. Many, many thanks ! 100% recommended for road trips in Oregon and the area ! ?β
βThis is a great place to get work done on various types of wheelchair lift vans, ramp vans and they many solutions for modifying vehicles to accommodate disabled drivers. Service is good as well. You will find yourself well greeted and welcome there. United Access has been very helpful to me and my organization, and they have tons of experience. There is even a great lounge with snacks for customers who are waiting for service.β
βEnterprise truly exceeded my expectations. After I was involved in a car accident, the insurance company made it difficult regarding payment. However, the representatives I spoke to were incredibly understanding and provided assistance wherever possible. The challenges I faced were certainly not due to the staff at Enterprise. Overall, the accident has been quite a hassle, but the team at Enterprise was outstanding throughout the process.β

βGreat experience! Maggie was a great help getting the car. There was an issue with the car (it felt like the emergency brake didnβt fully disengage), but she helped us replace it quickly. After returning the car, we thought we left something in it. Daniel (who was working the next day) checked the car right away to ease our minds. Again, great experience!β

βI've been renting cars a few times a month to get groceries and stuff for my apartment and there's nothing negative I can say about the experience so far. For errands, the hourly rates end up making much more sense than going by the day elsewhere and there's no surprise $20 (or so) charge on the bill that I've seen in at least a few places. The only caveat is that their cars do rent quickly at some locations. I'm not the type to book as early as I probably should, and if you know you want a car at a set time a day in advance, it might be a good idea to reserve it instead of hoping it'll be there an hour before you're trying to get somewhere.β
βIn twenty years of renting cars from Avis, I am happy to say that I have always received friendly service from staff--even when faced with tough situations due weather, Covid or flight changes. The vehicles I have gotten have ALWAYS been well maintained and reliable--even at minus 30 degrees Fahrenheit in central Alaska!β
