They went so far and above what they had to do, holding my hand while I had technically difficulties with the formatting, giving me a steep discount, because (they felt) some of the photo quality was diminished, but I thought it was perfect. “Helpful staff. You can't just walk in and send something. You have to have a known shipper number which takes time to obtain. If you go through the process, it can be the most cost effective way to ship large items. For a large package to the east coast, it was about half the cost of UPS or FedEx ground.”
