I didn't feel any pressure to purchase anything extra, but he still made me aware of sales and deals going on. Honestly, a 10/10 experience the entire way through! The other worker, she was also an absolute sweetheart, warm and conversational. I feel terrible I can't recall her name, I believe it began with a 'K'. Knowing each time I go in, I will see the same people is reassuring also. :)”

“I went in to get my screen fixed. It was very cracked/chipped. I was given a price estimate and and a time estimate. It took just over 30 minutes for it to be done, and the price was fair ($90 for screen replacement on iPhone 8). They also put a new screen protector on my phone for me. The experience was very easy and quick. I would highly recommend this place for phone repairs.”

“When we first switched our carriers to Metro things got all screwed up, even went without a phone for a while because of the the situation. When we finally got it all worked out, I went in to pay my first months bill and to ask questions about accounting issues, my family decided to try another Metro by T mobile store, hoping to get some answers? We meet the most helpful, respectful, likable, knowledgeable about what we should have already been told, quick to detangle the mess the other people's mistakes, set things straight the way we wanted the plan to go and did a great job at letting people coming into the store that she's a little bit busy but if they are willing to wait for her it's going to be a little bit or she gave them an option to go to the other closest metro by T Mobile store. This lady knows her stuff and she does it with a smile on her face and a welcoming tone in her voice. Thank you dear lady! We left very much happier and satisfied.”

“I have been a metro customer for 5 years, I have gone to all the stores in Salem & until I found one of your reps by the name of Maria I believe (she has really really long hair) I come to this store every time now. She always solves any problems I have on my phone or account, she is so smooth she doesn’t even make you feel like she is selling to you just a delight! She cleans up my phone & shows me how to maintain it myself with the utmost patience ( I can be a lot) you definitely got a golden one on your hands metro good job very knowledgeable!”

“Ana was absolutely wonderful. We switched 2 lines to Verizon, she helped us every step of the way. So patient, kind and amazing. She made sure we left knowing everything we needed to know and had us set up for everything, good to go. 2 days later we received a text of an upcoming amount due that was outrageously high and nothing we expected. Went to the store to discuss, without hesitation Ana jumped right out of her chair while helping others to make sure we were taken care of. She spent a lot of time with Customer service to resolve the issues and made sure we walked out the door, once again, satisfied. She stayed past her time scheduled to make sure her customers are taken care of. She is a blessing to the customer service world as she sincerely cares for her people. She is great at what she does. Verizon is very lucky to have her as an employee and we were truly blessed to share this experience with her. Customer service would be much better if we can clone Ana. She’s amazing. I highly recommend her. If you go to Verizon on Market St, ask for Ana.”

“Aaron at the West Salem store was great to work with. He helped me overcome my distaste for Samsung phones, and was very patient during the data porting part of the transaction. I had been dreading that part, because I had an 8-year-old LG phone that I loved, but whose time had sadly come to an end. Aaron was patient and knowledgeable through it all. Over the years, I have had experiences at Verizon stores that ran the gamut from mildly disappointing to truly awful. The West Salem store was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you, Aaron!”

“I've been a customer for almost 15 years. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that they don't do much in the way of incentive programs for current customers unless you want to add a line. And by this I mean, they have all kinds of perks for new customers, free phones, etc. Or you can get a free smart watch, etc, if you add a line. But what if I don't want to do that? How about paying off my current phone? Or giving me a $25/month credit for a year. Something. Otherwise, where's the incentive for me to stay? You might have noticed I said I've been with T-Mobile for nearly 15 years. This is because I'm too lazy to switch companies. Not because they've made it worth my while to stay financially. However, they do have top-notch customer service. And that is really worth a lot. Plus, I have a really high line of credit with them after all this time. Lol. So, like most things in life, there's the good and the bad. You just have to choose which is more important... and clearly, after 15 years, I guess we can all see what's more important to me.”
