“We visited this store following a horrible experience at another retailer in Hillsboro. JT was not only kind, he made sure we had what we needed in a timely manner and did not push any upgraded products on us (we actually had to ask about a watch promotion as he knew we had a long day of dealing with the other store). Sergio was also very helpful in obtaining our necessary info to transfer carriers. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this store for all of your T-mobile needs; we won't be going anywhere else! Thank you JT for being a helpful sales person, but also a kind human.”

“Went into the cascade store to look at options of moving back to Verizon from a grueling AT&T experience. Was greeted and shared someone would be with me. I was greeted by Sam who took his time to assist me in determining the best package for my family.
Sam was so willing to take time to ensure all 4 of the new phones were set up properly and working.
The customer service that Sam provides truly shows why people leave happy.

“I went into this location tonight pretty disgruntled from my day, and letting off my steam towards the employees with my current issue (that wasn’t even their fault, but my phone being buggy). Addy quickly addressed it, apologized for any inconvenience even though it was out of there hands, and went above and beyond assisting me with my phone, doing network resets, updates, everything I wouldn’t have known to do. They also gave me alternative ways to solve my problem if this didn’t work. All I can say is I AM IMPRESSED. She and her assistant manager (Jessica I believe, sorry I’m terrible with names) could have easily said it wasn’t their problem and sent me on my way, instead they took over an hour helping me diagnose my problems, find solutions, and even saved me tons of money on the side by switching to their internet too. This kind of customer service is unheard of now. I am beyond pleased, and left with a huge smile on my face. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, that being said addy deserves a raise! They even gave me a new screen protector since mine had broken. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! I played all the scenarios of how it could go in my head before coming in, I didn’t expect to get this kind of commitment. A+++ :)”

“I lost my Apple Watch and went into T-Mobile feeling pretty stressed, but Braden completely turned my day around. He was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough in explaining the entire process. I ended up purchasing a new watch, and not only did he help me set it up from start to finish, he even showed me the easiest way to wear it properly—such a small detail, but so thoughtful!

Even after I left, I had a few follow-up questions and called back. Braden was just as helpful over the phone and made sure I had everything I needed.

“Frustrated with xfinity and their run around, I walked into Verizon looking for some relief. I was greated by Zachary, and instantly felt relieved. Zachary was very helpful and knowledgeable, and told me exactly what Verizon could do for me, and how easy it could be done. He gave me a cost estimate (I still needed to get my phone released from Xfinity) and I left feeling good. I came back the next day - and got right in to see Zachary. As a single Dad, I had my 5yr old with me, and he got everything done within 20mins, and I was out the door with my 5yr old and off to daddy/son date, and I even had a lower monthly bill! Thank you, Zachary! I appreciate you!”
