“The two gentlemen at this location, Malachi and Brogen, just save me $200+. I was having an issue with charging cables not staying in the port or charging. They spend 20+ minutes diligently cleaning out the charging port. Ultimately it seems a tiny rock or piece of metal was obstructing it. I'm a truck driver and absolutely need my phone for GPS, so they were real Lifesavers! Thanks guys, you both deserve a raise!”

Him and his team are all well trained, not only are they super heros when it came to helping me with T-mobile stuff, but his team kept me entertained during my long visit. It was my first time coming here to get my phone upgraded. I didn't realize that you can book an appointment, so I just walked in and had two folks ahead of me. I ended up waiting only 1 minute before being approached by Benjamin.
He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He helped me upgrade my iphone 13 pro to a iphone 17 pro. I've had this phone for 7 years. He looked up my plan and customized my order to what I wanted (silver, 512gb, keep my old phone). He looked up any promos and ways to bring down my total monthly bill. He had me sign some papers electronically, and I was out the door within 40 minutes. I synced my phone myself at home. The whole process was about an hour.
The store is bright and clean. Lots of clerks available to help. I will come here if I need any assistance. Thanks, Benjamin!”
“I hope this message gets to Dominic’s leadership. I had an issue with a cellphone I got from this location, and the day I went in back which was a Sunday, it was so busy and Dominic, the store manager was multitasking trying help other customers, myself and his sales associates. He was very professional was trying his best to help everyone around him and his work should definitely get recognized. He resolved my problem and was able to get back to me with answers in a timely matter. He deserves a promotion!!! Anywho, thank you tmobile.”
