“I lived in the area 14 years. This Post Office staff always provided curtious service. Thank you. My mail carriers are actually out of Aloklek Warehouse, I have been told. It changed 12 years ago. Yes, mail carriers are hit and miss, some I see more often, others are just occational helpers maybe. But again, most of them are great, friendly and get it right. Sometimes they don't pay attention to address on envelopes. This may be an issue from sorting from warehouse and it is not double checked by drivers. But I do not count this against this location post office. Thanks.”

“It was very busy and I was with my 92-year-old dad needing to get a notary public and some forms faxed. Everyone was helpful especially Damien! A young African-American, I think that was his name … He took the time to come out and help me get my dad with the wheelchair over the curb, he observed I was having a hard time… Kudos to Damien and everyone that helped us!!”

“I did cut my foot on the way in with a sharp object on the garden ....it was so sharp it actually cut through my sandle and into my foot.....but that's what I get for stepping into their little garden. But other then that it was great customer service....just make sure you bring your ID if you're picking up a package.”

The people here are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the usps products and services. They say hello and look me in the face as they do. I love that. We live in Sherwood, and I have shipped packages all over the place - NC, CO, NY, Bali, Mexico. Everything was great every single time, for easy domestic situations and hard international ones.
