“Went with a friend to try archery for the first time, and we had an absolute blast!
The staff did a great job teaching us the basics, and before we knew it, we were confidently shooting arrows. It was surprisingly easy to learn, super engaging, and such a fun way to try something new.
I’d highly recommend to anyone curious about archery. Whether you’re a total beginner like we were or just looking for a unique activity. It’s a great experience and suitable for all ages. We’ll definitely be back! ?”

For years, I dreamed of becoming scuba certified, and I’m so grateful I chose to take my courses here!! From day one, every instructor and member of the dive staff has empowered me throughout my diving journey, which has now been just over a year.
I initially enrolled in the diving courses as a solo diver and was a little hesitant to take the classes without friends or a dive buddy. But not once have I ever felt alone. This crew welcomed me from the very beginning and made me feel like part of the dive family. And now I’ve made genuine friends and connections… I never worry about finding a dive buddy for the dives or courses.
The instructors are truly top-notch. They take safety incredibly seriously and never cut corners, while creating an environment that’s encouraging, fun, and empowering. Every instructor is so patient, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you not only understand the skills but become a safe, confident (and competent) diver. They somehow manage to make every class enjoyable (there’s always laughter) while never losing sight of the fact that safety always comes first.
What really sets this dive shop apart is the people. They aren’t just instructors… they’re passionate divers who genuinely care about their students and each other. Their professionalism, experience, and teamwork create an atmosphere where you feel comfortable asking questions, challenging yourself, and growing with confidence. There have been times I didn’t feel comfortable- with a skill or lesson… and they are always willing to take things slower so I can learn at my own pace of trust.
If you’ve ever thought about learning to dive but felt intimidated or if you’re a solo diver looking for a dive home… this is the place. This is the community you didn’t know you needed… they will celebrate every milestone with you, and prepare you to be a safe, knowledgeable diver out in the world.

“I have spent thousands on shoes over the years, trying to find a pair that didn't leave my arches burning. I got to the point where I would take shoes off partway through a walk because barefoot hurt less.
Tim has helped me find the best pair of shoes ever though. No more barefoot walks for me. I was very hesitant to spend more money on shoes but the return policy set me at ease. I didn't need it though. I will forever be grateful to Tim for taking the time to help me find a pair of shoes I can actually walk in.”

I finally found a place that offers A1 service. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and clearly passionate about his work. He took time to answer all our questions, gave honest advice, and never tried to upsell us. He even told us we didn’t need to replace the cue tip—just a simple trim would make it like new.
His deep knowledge of billiards accessories and genuine care made the experience outstanding. We ended up buying a cue, not because we were pushed, but because we felt truly guided. I 100% recommend this shop to anyone looking for expert advice and honest service.”
“Everything I have ever bought from Jugs Sports, especially baseball gear, has been the best of quality and best of design. Everything is made to last and made to work very well. There is no better batting Tee than a Jugs Tee, and I have seen many brands including Tees used in the batting cages of big league teams.”

“Great store! I called the store and asked to hold some shoes. The shoes were on sale, and were the last pair they had in my size and color. I was told they would be held for 24 hours. I went to the store just under my 24 hours. The shoes were there and were in great condition. The staff were friendly and helpful. The store was clean and was well stocked. I hadn't been to a Big store in a long time, but I will be watching their ad and will be a repeat customer.”

“I love this place. Great prices on all your Columbia gear. I went to pic up a waterproof jacket and got it for less than $40. There's several other shops in the vicinity so you can knock out a few errands at once. I will definitely be back! Parking is pretty cramped. Very tight spots!”
“Huge place. The most beautiful HQ I've ever seen. The water in the middle of the facility was breath taking. I loved all of the commemorable history all over the HQ. If you can find a parking spot I highly recommend coming here for a morning jog or touristy walk. You will definitely get your steps in.”

“So I am not a fan of the idea of Victoria secret. However, I recently lost 70lbs. I had no idea what my bra size is. I was greeted by a lovely saleswoman. She measured me, found bras to my liking, and I as very professional. In my 20's, I shopped there all the time. Because I could. Being able to shop there again, is amazing. And to have someone so sweet and knowledgeable was amazing. I wish I remembered her name. She deserves all the kudos. I'll be back.”
“Amazing place I went every shoe store looking for a pair of shoes i ran out of hope when I came across Aulani she was working one of the register when I asked her if she had any black cats in stock she smiled and asked what size I was and asked a worker to bring it up it wasn’t my size but she said this is the biggest in stock you are free to try it on see if it fits this is by far the greatest experience I have ever experienced and greatest customer service I ever received thank you aulani :)”
