“This review is years overdue if I'm honest. I've never had a bad experience at this shop. Right now I'm having some self induced issues, called them up and they told me to stop on by. They're currently inspecting my phase 4 for any potential issues cause by a mishap that was easily avoidable on my part and I couldn't be more grateful for their welcoming open doors.
Not to mention I had some fitment issues with a sight I purchased from them, by no means their fault, just proprietary systems function best with proprietary equipment. They accepted the return with no questions asked, and even offered some help and advice to solve the issue. But after looking everything over we came to the same conclusion at the end of it.
Excellent shop! Knowledgeable staff. And always willing to help.
They will be my first stop from now on for anything archery.”
“My nephews love all things cards and this place is awesome. The 2 guys working were super helpful. It was really busy but they made time for them. Lots of options at good prices. We will be back”
“On two different occasions I requested advice from the person I spoke with at Paddle Palace and both times I was very pleased with the excellent customer service... friendly and knowledgable. Many thanks!”
“Absolutely fantastic service from Issac and Monty!! They help me find a shoe that was in my price range as well as educating me on the different soul types. If I end up going with new balances for my next pair of shoes, I will definitely be purchasing from here. Excellent service.”
“If you're looking for a tennis racket to invest in, this is the place to go! Plenty of options to choose from, which at first can be overwhelming but the staff are incredibly knowledgeable. I went in with the intention of just looking around. Hoping to get a little more insight of what would work for me. Jackson was the representative that helped me, extremely friendly and asked great questions to understand what I was looking for. He has amazing court knowledge and an extraordinary knack to understand someone's wants/needs. Having said that, as someone who just brought home a new racket. I highly recommend Player's Racquet Shop to anyone at any skill level. I give great praise to Jackson for spending the time to not only narrow down a racket that works for me but also sharing his tips and tricks to help me improve as a player.”
“Gretchen was super helpful in all aspects of learning to dive. Gretchen helped me get a mask that actually fits my face, get sized for other great, and was a phenomenal instructor in the pool and out in open water. I would highly recommend to any and all!”
“I have spent thousands on shoes over the years, trying to find a pair that didn't leave my arches burning. I got to the point where I would take shoes off partway through a walk because barefoot hurt less.
Tim has helped me find the best pair of shoes ever though. No more barefoot walks for me. I was very hesitant to spend more money on shoes but the return policy set me at ease. I didn't need it though. I will forever be grateful to Tim for taking the time to help me find a pair of shoes I can actually walk in.”
“Best fight shop in the region!! Great gear with great prices and most important the crew is amazing! Super knowledgeable and very helpful in any possible way they can!!”
“My favorite card shop in town!! Grade supply of singles and product! The owner always goes out of his way to make sure that you get what you came for. He's a great guy that will make sure you leave happy!! A++”

“Universal Cycles is a fantastic bike shop! They are very knowledgable and their prices are very competitive. Billy and his staff were great. I was suprised that they often beat on-line price and was impressed by the depth of their iknowledge. Great prices, amazing service, and a friendly, inviting atmosphere. Why go anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“Couldn't find Tono Dinamo bibs anywhere till I came across Cento. Very nice knowledgeable staff. I bought 4 pair and they shipped them up to Canada next day. Great store. Great selection.”
“I went in looking to buy my first cue and as a beginner I knew little to nothing about cues. Andrew guided me through it all and was amazingly helpful. Highly recommend this place as supposed to buying online. You get to feel the stick in your hand and shoot some shots before you buy! Thanks again Andrew”
“Everything I have ever bought from Jugs Sports, especially baseball gear, has been the best of quality and best of design. Everything is made to last and made to work very well. There is no better batting Tee than a Jugs Tee, and I have seen many brands including Tees used in the batting cages of big league teams.”
“Big shoutout to Jason who helped me out with the climbing shoes. I didn’t know y’all had a rock I could try the shoes out on and he recommended bringing the ones I liked over there to try out. HUGE game changer and completely swayed my opinion on some shoes and ultimately led me to finding the perfect pair for me. When I’m crushing the V5’s it’ll be because of Jason.”

“The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly! I can't remember the name of the guy who helped me but he was amazing! I got exactly what I needed and more! Thank you!!”
“It's huge anyway.
I was surprised to see that there was a large aquarium in the store with fish swimming in it.
I only went to buy some small items, but it was fun.”
“The employee who helped us was very kind and answered all our questions. Also the shop had a good selection including shoes, socks, beanies, hats, jackets, and more. 11/10/25”
“The Duck Store is part of the official University of Oregon bookstore (not to be confused with the Go Ducks store online, which is not affiliated with the University bookstore or the university itself, but is an officially licensed online store ran by fanatics). They have some really cool stuff at The Duck Store, some stuff you expect and then some cool stuff you wouldn't. Marcus Mariota or Kenny Wheaton socks? Check. Football autographs from players like Bucky irving, Troy Franklin, and Bo Nix authenticated by a service like Beckett, PSA or JSA? Yup! Columbia Duck gear? Nike? Check. They even have some officially licensed Disney Oregon clothing (including some with the old school Donald Duck logo) and some clothing collaborating with the movie migration and the University of Oregon. There's lots more, too much to list. If you're a Duck fan, walking in here is like walking into a University of Oregon paradise. The employees were friendly and helpful, and they have fitting rooms if you need to try something on. It's always been a good experience coming here.”
“Every trip to the Columbia Factory Store in Lake Oswego (and in Bend also) has been met with helpful, friendly and efficient sales and other employees. Also, some of their sales are phenomenal, especially when you include their military or senior discounts.”
“The employees here are very kind and respectful while I shop! I’m not bothered while I shop and they’re still ready to help the moment I need it, which is fabulous. Also, I love this brand! No piece of clothing has ever disappointed me :)”
“Highly recommend Tursi soccer. It's a one-stop destination for all things soccer, from a wide selection of jerseys representing your favorite teams to top-notch cleats and gear. Plus, they've got everything needed for the kiddos' soccer camp, including uniforms. It's the perfect place to gear up and get ready to hit the field. Staff is really friendly as well.”
“I had such an amazing experience at the Lululemon Bridgeport location! I ran to Google to make sure to share a 5 star review. The entire team went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. The manager, Christian, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about us as customers. You can really feel how much pride they take in providing great service it’s such a warm and positive atmosphere. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help without being pushy. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days! I left not only with exactly what I was looking for, but also with a huge smile. Highly recommend this location! They truly embody what great customer experience should feel like.”

“Fine. Staff doesn’t really know what they’re doing or want to be there, but it’s a bit of a sleepy store so I get it. Return was handled v easily and well.”
“So I am not a fan of the idea of Victoria secret. However, I recently lost 70lbs. I had no idea what my bra size is. I was greeted by a lovely saleswoman. She measured me, found bras to my liking, and I as very professional. In my 20's, I shopped there all the time. Because I could. Being able to shop there again, is amazing. And to have someone so sweet and knowledgeable was amazing. I wish I remembered her name. She deserves all the kudos. I'll be back.”
“Won the Footlocker Raffle for Jordan Retro 3 Black Cement 3.
The pair I inspected and paid for was a 9.5/10.
The Footlocker Employee *Spencer C / Oscar R.* handled the shoe with care as he took it out of the box for me to check and as he put it back in the box and paper wrapped it in full detail without single tare to the paper.
These footlocker guys take extra care with their inventory compared to other stores I went to.”
“Mak or Makayla, helped me a few times finding garments for my girlfriend without making it feel awkward being a guy, and made ordering garments easy so that I could purchase the correct garment needed for my girlfriend. She was very professional and helpful and I noticed would pick up items laid around by other customers as she was helping me. As a retail employee and lead myself I can admire the work ethic of a hard working and caring employee. Go Mak! She deserves recognition and a raise or promotion if not already given one!”
“I will start by saying that this review is for the Sherwood location. Very important backstory for contrast. The Beaverton location is rough. It's very small and I think they have a lot on their plates over there. I had so many rude interactions at that location that I was worried that I was going to have to do all of my hockey shopping online. I bought shin guards there for about $100 and a Bauer hockey helmet for about $180. I was grateful for the shred of time that the helmet guy offered to me, he genuinely crammed me in while it was busy so he gets 5 stars. My goal was to slowly accumulate enough gear to play some hockey. I originally wanted to play roller hockey and had invested in most of the gear. I even have Marsblade R1 elite level skates and I practice multiple times per week. I was about to sign up for roller hockey at Indoor Goals when I found out that they are closing. So... I decided ok fine, I'll make the best of it. Ice hockey it is, I've wanted to do this for 20 years. So, I found some used skates that were in awesome shape and decided that I'd get a Superfeet hockey footbed, some new laces, some new rivets to replace the rusty ones, and a skate sharpening. Back in the day, they were pro level skates that retailed for about $600. They are old Nike Bauers that look sweet in a vintage way and I figured they could handle a few sessions of ice while I saved up for real skates. The guys at the Beaverton shop seemed like they were absolutely disgusted at my skates, one guy with longer dark hair actually rolled his eyes at me and practically barked at me for the rest of the interaction. I shrugged it off. I needed them sharpened and the nearest rink (Sherwood) was 30 minutes away. He growled at me that I'd have to leave them overnight. Cool, no problem. I came back the next day, and this shorter guy with a buzz cut at the counter kind of spat the words "why do you want these rerivited?" I said because they were rusty, and I just want to get started with some beer league hockey and can't afford a lot right now. He chastised me for wanting them to be rerivited and then also told me that I needed to buy new holders because my holders would "shatter the moment they came into contact with ice." He then sort of smugly said that I would have to wait another day to have them sharpened. The whole interaction was so awful (again) that I went out to my car to decide what to do. I wanted to cry out of frustration because I am so sick of this town and of how few resources there are for the sports that I love. Right then and there I decided that I was going to march back into that hockey shop and get my skates back and drive 30 minutes down to Sherwood. Even though the same company owns both of these shops, the difference is night and day. A guy with a beard at the Sherwood store was so stinkin helpful and awesome that I ended up spending $300 on the sharpening, hockey pants, a chest protector, a green biscuit, a towel, practice Jersey, and I even bought new gloves to replace my other ones that are falling apart. He was just incredible. Absolutely 5 stars. Because of him I feel like I have a pro shop that I can go to. I was so genuinely upset that the two places to get hockey stuff by my house are so awful that I was really questioning if I should just not play hockey at all. I grew up in Detroit, Michigan-- hockey town. I always thought hockey people were humble and welcoming. That was my experience growing up. The guys in my class would beg me to play with them. They were amazing. Now decades later, as an adult, I almost thought I'd made a huge mistake picking hockey. If I have to battle my way through a bunch of elitist snobs to do something I love, If every interaction is a fight, if places are closing down, if the outdoor hockey rink in Beaverton is cracking up and has no nets, maybe I should just call it and just go to the gym. But thanks to that awesome dude at the Sherwood ice arena, I am stoked to keep at it and maybe finally get some real playing time! Thanks d”
