“Brought my car in after my temperature gauge kept telling me the car was over heating and the heater only worked at random times. Normally when you bring a car to a shop, in my experience, they only investigate the problem mentioned but Tyler’s gave me a very detailed inspection for the same price of investigating the main problem. This inspection included pictures (it’s always easier to believe diagnosis with proof) and detailed descriptions of what should be fixed now and what should be done soon. They never pressured me to get anything done and performed the work requested in a very timely manner at a decent price. My heater has never been so hot. Thanks for everything, will be back again.”

“I usually do all my own maintenance, but I’m working in Oregon temporarily and have no access to tools. I wanted to find a trustworthy independent shop instead of some quick lube. After reading the reviews I gave AAC a shot. Glad I did! Fantastic service! Took my new to me Miata in for an oil change. Kevin is a great guy and Mandish went above and beyond when he found that my skid plate mounting screws had fouled the threads in the chassis from previous service. He ran a tap through them and replaced all 6 screws. Any franchise shop would be in too big a hurry and would have ignored that or worse, not mount the plate properly. Trust the guys! They’re good and affordable!”
“I was having a hard time finding an auto shop that felt trustworthy, my brakes were squeaking and it ended up being something extremely minor with my brakes (which honestly I thought maybe my rotor needed to be replaced) he was honest and had fixed it for me free of charge ♡ it made my entire day as I’m new in town and I had previously been scammed by a “mechanic” a couple weeks prior. “I called this shop on short notice to schedule a basic oil change and brake job for my X5 just before the holidays. Marshall gave me a couple windows of time that they could perform the work. I got in and out within just a couple hours. Would recommend anyone with a German vehicle to come here for servicing if you're looking for a dealership alternative. “It just occurred to me today, that I have never left a review for Metro Car Care! And they are one of my favorite small businesses around here! I am so, so appreciative of the service I have gotten here over the last 4 years. They have always been so professional, fair, and honest with me. When I first came to them I was under the impression from another business that my car needed to have something changed on it. Kirk looked at my car and then told me “well, I could change that out for you, but your car really doesn’t need it and I would just be wasting your money! So I don’t recommend that!” They totally could have taken advantage of me if they had wanted to. I have always felt like any repairs were well explained to me, and the charges very reasonable. I have a 2006 Toyota Camry at 260K miles and they have been so helpful in keeping the car maintained and helping me sort through which repairs are actually needed to keep my old car running as long as possible without costing a ton. “I didn't currently have a mechanic. My vehicle started misfiring and sputtering on the Friday before Christmas. I emailed Raleigh Hills automotive on the 27th and they responded on the 28th. They were closed that week. Long story short , they had my up and running by Jan. 3rd. Head gaskets and everything else was done by the 10th. The cost was extremely fair. 100% Mike and everyone are a pleasure to work with. These are genuinely nice people. I wish I had more vehicles to take there. Thank you all.”

“This is a great mechanic shop. I brought an old truck to them that needed some tough diagnostics and repairs done on it. They were very careful to find the root cause of the problem and fixed it quickly once the part arrived. Eric even kept my truck in their garage for a few days after the job was finished since I wasn't in town to pick it up immediately.They are reasonable with their prices and care about their customers. “Shoutout to this location that had more appointments available before a snow storm happening on the weekend! I snagged a 5:15 pm slot for a tire changeover. It took about an hour. No stress, everything went smoothly. Reasonable price for the changeover. Always make an appointment! Walk ins are welcome but you will wait for a lot longer than planned.”

“Purchased a set (4) of Michelin's for my Honda CR-V. Prices were the same as Costco without the wait. Had a 10:15 am appt and was back home before 11am. Took a book to read while waiting and barely had time to even read a page, that's how fast they were. Best advice: if you're worried about having to wait too long, make your appt for an off-time during the week. The female sales person told me the best times over the phone before I made my appt. She was definitely right. Discount Tire specializes in new rims and tires, as well as wheel and tire installation, repair, rotation, balancing, and also does annual winter tire changes. They offer a free air pressure check too. Walk-ins are welcome or you can schedule an appointment in advance. They have six service bays and you can watch your vehicle being worked on from the waiting area in the showroom. Excellent customer service and friendly folks to deal with. Free Wi-Fi also. Highly recommend you give Discount Tire a shot next time you need tires.”

“Hands down, the best Les Schwab in the area; every time I need brakes done on a vehicle, they do it for FAR less money than other Les Schwab stores have quoted (Graterri's for example is 40% higher in most cases). It's ALWAYS done correctly and promptly. Even if you have to wait an extra day for an appointment time, it's worth the wait and you'll be treated well.”
