“I try to avoid large chain stores, though there is certainly a place for the dollar-type stores. This reminds me more of an old-fashioned five and dime, as they used to call them. It has a better variety than the dollar store because the price range is much wider. I try to frequent employee-owned stores such as BiMart, but, dang it, Dollar General is very close and convenient, and they do have a good selection of items, so I find myself there when heading in that direction. And, most especially, they accept my insurance's "OTC" card for vitamins, supplements, OTC meds, personal care items, etc., so I can go in there and spend nothing for aspirins, etc.! Also, their own brands (DG and Rexall, which they probably license) seem as good as major brands. As others have observed, the staff is always friendly, though the shelves are not organized all that well. So I somewhat reluctantly frequent it, but it turns out to be a convenient and handy store.”

“Stopped in to pick up something for dinner. I was greeted by Ashley, who asked if they could help me find anything. She took me right to what I was looking for. Polite & knowledgeable, I appreciated her taking the time when they were clearly busy. A+ employee!”

“I always stock up here when I get into town. This is a great spot to get vegan staples, treats and snacks. There are always fun new vegan, organic and gf products to try and the prices are very reasonable.”

“By far one of the best places to go grocery shopping. Employees are one of a kind. The deals are amazing and the selections are great. I honestly wish back home where I'm from in Wisconsin I wish they had a store like this, I know people back in Wisconsin would agree with me on this too.”

“Coop as expected. Well stocked with familiar brands, local options, great bulk section. Does not honor memberships from other coops for travelers. (The one in Moscow, Idaho does)”

“Like a cross between Trader Joe's, a food co-op and a high end gourmet grocery. Great selection and price points. I also liked the fact that some items , crafts and food, are locally sourced.”

“Winco has low costs on name brand and even lower costs on Winco store brands. Stores often have local, fresh produce and a large variety of bulk items. Most importantly, store associates are well-trained, friendly, helpful. They provide outstanding customer service. I wish we had a Winco in Orlando!”

“I visited Natural Grocers for the first time and was very impressed with the variety and prices, especially for dairy and gluten-free items. I even found a product there that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else! What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service. Jodie, the cashier, was so friendly and helpful. She truly seems to love her job and value the customers. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Really nice layout, clean grocery store excellent meat department, huge selection also a large selection of beer and beer on tap. I ordered the daily special tri-tip sandwich more to be desired for the price it could’ve been much better hence the four star review”

“All of the employees at Albertson's are very nice & helpful!
Yesterday I very much appreciated the excellent customer service skills of Griffin, whom i'd just met. He was incredibly patient with me (i hadn't realized a separate coupon had to be entered for each of the several different Signature & O Organics coffees.) Griffin patiently straightened everything out for me while simultaneously helping customers at the self check out - I realized i would've been terribly stressed under such circumstances, but he stayed so poised & kindly & actually smiled at me! Thank you Griffin! :-)”

“An older, smaller community grocery store. It is clean and nice inside. They have a lot of food in there. The shelfs are packed with items. It is about half the size of its big brother, Sherm's Food for Less. It has less varieties but has a little bit of everything. I was in there for diary products and thought they had a good supply and variety of them. The even had one brand I had not seen elsewhere”

“Cute little store. I was expecting more with how big Medford is. Clean. Friendly people.
Cafe was closed (apparently closed sat/sun) otherwise I’d give it 5 stars.”

“I had an excellent experience thanks to Corbin, who went above and beyond during my visit. From the moment I pulled in, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Not only did he handle everything quickly and efficiently, but he was also very knowledgeable answering all my questions with confidence and clarity.
It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and makes customers feel so well taken care of. Corbin made what is usually a routine stop into a truly pleasant experience. I left feeling appreciated and confident that I was in good hands.
If you’re lucky enough to have Corbin assist you, you’ll understand why he deserves this glowing review. He’s a real asset to the team!”

“This small local market has been serving our community since 1953. Open 365 days a year, rain, snow or shine. They have an excellent selection of beer, wine, snacks and hot food. Their wine and candy section are better than most grocery stores. They also have lottery, propane, firewood, and just about anything else you can think of. The owner and employees are chill and always make it an interesting experience.”

“Best deli and bakery in town! Always something quick and good to grab and go when you're hungry. I love their sushi, so yummy and such a great selection. Also, the macarons are the best I've ever had in the US and I've been to a lot of good French bakeries.”

“The guy that usually works the counter, (I believe his name is Jaad, although I'm sure I'm spelling that wrong) provides one of the best customer service experiences possible. If Jaad isn't working, you still will not leave disappointed. I go here every night, and not once have I felt obtrusive. Highly recommend!”

“This review is for the taco bar outside in the back. Lo juro que es lo mejor de medford! I have been in Oregon for a month now, and I have tried between ten and fifteen different restaurants, and this place, although informal, was fun, good music, awesome salsa bar with free delicious beans and fixins, and hands down the most delicious tacos I have eaten probably in the entire country. Even better than some parts of mexico. If you don't try this place, you are missing out on the bombest spot. Learn some spanish before you go and you will be rewarded. Aguas frescas are off the chain too. Bless you GALLO! ?”

“I brought my wife and oldest daughter to downtown Ashland to window shop. On a whim we strolled into Press for Oil. What a wonderful find! I was astounded by the depth and breadth of variety of balsamic vinegars, especially. Not sure if your pick was optimal? Have another taste test from the sample here, there, and way over there. Get a small bottle. Then upsize when it's time to resupply or start the process over. I think the next time I'm bringing some friends and making this into something akin to wine tasting. I was 100% impressed by the help we received as well as the vast selection of olive oil and balsamic vinegar!”

“It’s a good place to shop, clean and big enough to find what we need from our list. Little out of the way for us but not far for us to go elsewhere. Keep us the good work!”
