“I’ve noticed is how hard the employees at this store work. They stay respectful, helpful, and professional even when things get busy. A lot of people only leave reviews when they’re upset, so I wanted to leave one because good workers deserve recognition too.
If you’re in the area, support this place and be kind to the staff. They’re good people and they deserve more appreciation than they probably get.”
“My wife and I are shopping at Trader Joe's almost on a weekly basis. We enjoy many of their ready made meals. The cheese selection is out standing, as is some of their prepreped meats.
We have many items that we purchase on a regular basis.
Their wine selection is an outstanding value with many wines from our region.
You can't beat their cut flower choices as well. My wife is always happy when I bring some home for her.”

“My husband and I had a delicious, nutritious, freshly prepared meal from the hot and cold bar, and we paid roughly what we would have at a fast food place. Our compliments to the chef - we know Indian food, and their rice would have impressed the Indian grandmas. Their veggies left us feeling good and satisfied. I felt no need to eat any meat, which is rare for me, but my husband tried the tandoori chicken and liked it. Their mission is to serve the community and support small businesses, and they live up to it from what we could see. A very well-run establishment!”

“Local business in the Southern Oregon. Employees have benefits and a stake in the business and I support that. The prices are much less expensive than any other store in the valley with Food 4 Less being it's only competition in my eyes. But I shop at both stores quite equally for things that only each of them stock. So overall I love this store and will continue to shop there. My only request is the have carts for people with mobility issues at the door. Also, please prevent loitering and people bothering customers at their cars. It is very uncomfortable to go there at any time of day and night and have people asking me for money and food. Can management please give these people some food?
But in the store, they have great produce, lots of selections, and their managers are more than willing to order special items you request too. Their staff has always been very friendly to me.

“This is a great, family-owned market that has been serving the community for over 40 years. It offers good prices, ranging from standard to organic options. They even have their own milk and they butcher their own meets, this is a great friendly place to shop and possibly even meet, some great people in the community”

“I visited Natural Grocers for the first time and was very impressed with the variety and prices, especially for dairy and gluten-free items. I even found a product there that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else! What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service. Jodie, the cashier, was so friendly and helpful. She truly seems to love her job and value the customers. I’ll definitely be back!”

“THE BEST Mexican Food in southern Oregon, period. This place is so incredible. If you love authentic fresh mexican food be sure to come here and dont skip the salsa bar which has all the options. I recommend the carnitas tacos and the tamales (add the sauce!)”
“I’ve been into mini grocery outlets around Oregon. This is probably one of the most open and uncluttered facility and excellent service. One person in line in front of me or at any given check stand a great great service enjoyed it in Medford, Oregon.”
“Store is stocked and clean. The meat selection is 50/50 i think just depends on how busy they have been. I give only 4 stars because 75 percent of the employees are not pleasurable to deal with. Now that being said they dont want to be bothered and thats ok. I just want to do my thing and leave. But dont ask for help or expect anything from them.”

“A typically clean and tidy store. Employees are typically friendly and helpful. Awesome cheeses and pretty wide selection of items.
Just a personal note- I've been to a few different locations will all very similar layouts, but I do dislike the layout of this store.”
“Obviously, this place is meant for restaurant supply. However, if you have a larg family or are looking to shop in bulk for a party, they come in clutch. Had been looking for salmon burger patties for a while. Finally came here and they have a 20 pack for $30.00. I am a happy camper now!”

“For a small town market.. this is perfect! They have everything from produce, to a meat department, and everything in between.
