Others were arriving and moving right through the system as I waited, so have to imagine many more people would give high ratings if they took the time to do so. Blood draw by Carol was near painless and well worth the 30 min wait.”

“Super convenient location, self check in took a couple of attempts to accept my info but otherwise easy and I was seen within 15 min of my check in. The phlebotomist was amazing at her job. My draw went quick, painless and left me bruise free which is often not the case for me. I will def return if/when I need more lab results.”

“I'm giving LabCorp 5 stars because they have improved immensely since I last visited right after they took over running all of Providence's labs.I went on a Monday morning first thing. I arrived at 645 for their 7am opening and I was 3rd in line. I was on my way home by 730am. It appeared they had 7 or 8 phlebotomists working, compared to maybe 2 or 3 when I last visited 6 months ago (and waited more than an hour despite arriving before opening).When I left at 720 there was a long line - maybe 20 people - but it appeared to be moving at a consistent rate with someone else called every few minutes. The staff person I interacted with was friendly enough and very good - found my hard-to-find vein on the first poke.I do find it's best to arrive before opening to get in and out as fast as possible, but I am glad they are improving wait time. This lab still closes at 330 due to staffing issues, however.”

“For any parents of young children that need a venipuncture, there is a phlebotomist here that specializes in pediatrics, and she did a wonderful job with my 55lb child. Quick poke, fill and done. The receptionist with sparkly glasses was very kind too. We made an appointment for 2pm on a Wednesday, wait time was minimal. The pediatrician prescribed EMLA numbing cream that I applied to both inner elbows and wrapped with food wrap 45 min prior to appointment, and it was effective. Parking can take a while so we always give 25 min prior to the appointment. We dropped by the gift shop for a reward after it was all done.”

“I am absolutely terrified of blood draws and usually pass out. Also, my veins are small so often times the technician has to try multiple times. NOT SO with VenaCare! Their professionals are so talented and skilled. They've never had to try more than once and I don't even feel the needle at all. VenaCare has made blood draws bearable for me. I have worked with both Frank and Jennifer, who are both miracle workers, but I would bet that anyone at this organization is just as good.”
