“Moving to Southern Oregon one of the delightful things was discovering Bi-Mart (actually rediscovering it)! One of the things that I like the most is that it is employee-owned which means that the majority of them do their job with all their hearts - for example when you ask where an item might be or when a employee asks you if you're finding everything if you have a question they won't just point you in the right direction they will stop what they're doing and take you there, how good is that kind of service these days. Another nice thing is that the employees are generally, shall we say, on the mature end of the age scale ☺️ and can understand when you have questions or when you can't seem to find what you're looking for. If you've been here for a long time or you're new to the area, Bi-Mart is your place and remember on Tuesdays they have a Lucky Draw for all sorts of prizes using your membership number... that means on Tuesdays you can generally find one member of our family at By-Mart checking out the numbers”

“This is a stop n go market with a full deli. The deli is loaded with the typical take out food, crispitos, corn dogs , chicken etc. They also serve soft serve ice cream in chocolate and vanilla. Service is always quick n friendly. The only issues we've had is the regular ice cream section. The freezer always seems broken, thus, half hard ice cream won't work if you have far to go.”
“They carry my favorite kind of tea and for a great price! They also carry a brand of water that's bpa-free which is great for going rafting, trips or just not at home and you forgot your water.”

“Nice convenient store. Has almost anything u need for those things I forget at grocery store. Including for bbq restroom needs medication & a hot case for a quick bite or meal. Excellent sandwich from the deli at a good price . Customer service are friendly & greeting with smiles. Yes I work there but a great place I would go there for my sandwiches since 2004 so 10 yrs prior to working there. Stop by and see us You will see for yourself & hopefully wanna keep coming back :)”
“I like the new people that work at this market they are really nice unlike the old workers. The hot food is really cheap which is cool. The majority of everything else is on the expensive side compared to other stores.”

“The staff here is always friendly. There is a good selection of convenience store items, fresh doughnuts daily, beer cave and a good selection of other drink. There is a deli that serves the typical fried food and also offers burgers and sandwiches. Gas station and propane on site as well. Downfall is the literal outhouse that is offered for customer use. But hey when you gotta go, you gotta go I guess.”

“Got fuel on a debit card the other day and forgot to get a receipt. Went back shortly after and to get a receipt. Pump was being used and did not know what to do. A worker named Jacob stopped what he was doing to help me. We had to go into the store and he worked with the attendant to get me a copy of my receipt. Jacob was very helpful when I needed help. Good worker. Glad to see some of the younger generation working hard and helping us old folks!”
