“Late at night the day before an international flight, my laptop’s charging/usb port suddenly stopped working. I needed a quick fix to get me through my trip, since the proper replacement part would take time to order and I wouldn’t be back in town until later this year.
The next morning, I called around and CompRite in Lake Oswego was the only place I came across that could handle the repair same day for my situation, and I even got quoted a competitive rate. I dropped it off around noon, and by 5 PM they had it working again ready for me to pickup. They probably would have been done even sooner, it’s just that the repair specialist who handles that type of repair wasn’t on site and so they had to coordinate with him before starting.
I believe Damon was the person I spoke with at the shop, and he made sure everything moved along quickly so I'd have my laptop back in time for my flight later that night. The repair was exactly what I needed to keep my laptop charging while I’m out of town. I’ll return for the full part replacement once I’m back, but for now, I’m super relieved and thankful they were able to help on such short notice. Highly recommend!”

“I came on to give props to the store manager for his interaction with a customer I happened to see only to find that the very customer left an intentional bad review before me. One of which is fake. The manager actually repeatedly try to inform the customer from the start that he wanted to help but the young man that was being rude refused to calm down. And the manager repeatedly had to ask him to leave. I will be returning after the manager spent the time I needed and patiently gave an old guy like me the attention I need to understand my new iphone. Tim is awesome!”

That took care of the issue, and allows her to take some time when choosing a new phone.
