“Enterprise picked me up at the collision center site for body work to be done my personal vehicle. I received a comparable vehicle to the one I drive. The Enterprise vehicle was clean, gas full and ready to go. I was able to drop off the rental at the collision shop and leave with my car. No fuss. Great!”

“Our church has used Leola for years and always have the best service. Nate is outstanding at customer service. Vans are always well kept, sparkling clean, and brand new. Their prices are better than anything I have found, and they offer enclosed trailers, which are perfect for long trips with large groups with luggage.”

“I had an issue with a vehicle from Avis and it was unsafe to drive. I drove it to the Lancaster regional airport where Avis and Entrprise both share a tiny office. THe Avis representative was surly and did not touch his computer to help find me another car. Sure two unsatisfactory phone calls with the AVIS help line, I asked the Enterprise representative if he had any vehicles. He stated yes, and directed me to go to the website to reserve the vehicle. Unfortunately this was to be a one way rental as I was visiting from out of town. He somehow found me a car, and had me on my way in less time than I had been on hold with Avis. Words are inadequate to describe the level of customer service this young man gave me. He was professional, friendly, and went the extra mile. I wasn’t renting from Enterprise but he treated me as a valued customer.”

“The professionalism exhibited by both Adam and Conner was exemplary. The vehicle was immaculately clean, and the entire process was conducted with remarkable efficiency and, as previously stated, exceptional professionalism. This establishment provides an excellent environment for conducting business. My sincere gratitude extends to both individuals and to any other team members I did not have the opportunity to meet.”

“Enterprise failed me in a big way. I called Hertz, and with a last minute need, Hertz helped me to get the car I needed, they came and picked me up at Enterprise, and the check in process and entire rental experience was excellent. When I returned my car I was rushed and had forgotten to fill the tank; the clerk was kind and allowed me the opportunity to remedy this at great savings for me. They even gave me a ride to the train station when I was done with my rental, saving me more $$ that I would have had to spend on Uber or Lyft. I most highly recommend this Hertz location; the staff are amazing, kind, efficient and wonderful!”
