“This Cricket location is by far the best in the business. I have dealt with other service providers like Verizon, however the service Cricket provides is exceptional. The prices are reasonable & the customer service I receive ALWAYS exceeds my expectations. This location on W Allen St though will always be my go to for in person customer service. The ladies there are very kind, nice, & informative. I have never had a bad experience at this location & I always leave feeling that they went above & beyond my expectations. I would personally like to give recognition to Jessica, who is always the one who has helped me. Also Tee & Holly, who has also been there to welcome me & make me feel like a part of the Cricket Family. Last but not least, Gary the GM was there during 1 of my visits & even he stepped in to go above & beyond to help me out because my son had broken his phone & he could see the importance that was needed in replacing his phone. They helped my son get a new phone & also stay within my budget to do so. I am forever grateful for the outstanding customer service that this particular location always provides every time I walk in the door. “ABSOLUTE 5 STARS for Rocky at the AT&T store on Lehigh Street at South Mall, who saved the day for us after meeting with very unhelpful staff at another location in another county of PA. Rocky spent a very generous amount of time actually HELPING us sort out a very challenging issue trying to port my seriously ill, elderly mother's number over to a competing carrier with whom I have maintained a very long-time account. Just trying to make her life and my life as easy to maintain as possible during these difficult times. Well...without the help of Rocky, this would not have been possible. Mother had a simple pre-paid account that AT&T corporate could care less about, and trying to port that number was a painful task. Of course, the first retail location was only interested in selling, NOT helping - and they actually told us that point-blank. Thanx to Rocky, I was able to get the number transferred to my carrier account that same day. Cannot thank you enough, Rocky. GREAT experience. As far as AT&T goes, however, unfortunately, that corporate pig gets zero stars. Tried countless times over three days to reach a human at customer support, to absolutely no avail. Terrible support at best, without visiting a retail location, and then you have to be lucky enough to find the right place for actual help. If you're an AT&T customer, need help, and are relatively close to this store, I highly recommend visiting. You MAY need to be patient depending on whether or how many customers are ahead of you, but there's plenty of seating to relax and wait. No reason to get agitated about the wait - which only demonstrates that the staff HERE spend as much time with a customer as needed, without the customer feeling they were rushed out the door prematurely. Waiting is a GOOD sign, NOT something to moan about. Remember – you’re one of those customers too.”

“First, I do not understand how there can be ANY ratings less than 5 Stars for this T-Mobile store. Some people can NEVER be satisfied...sort of like my mother. You could give her a million friggin' dollars, and she'd find something to complain about. Anyway...if you're a T-Mobile customer - or thinking of becoming a T-Mobile customer (which I HIGHLY recommend) - THIS is the store to visit - South Mall, Lehigh St, Allentown, PA. If you're within 500 miles of this location, it would be well worth the trip to drive to Allentown. Frances R went above and beyond the call of duty to absolutely make sure we did not leave the store until she was able to painfully, but successfully complete an extremely challenging transaction trying to port a number over to my T-Mobile account from a less-than-honorable competing carrier that makes it excruciatingly difficult to do so...I won't mention that carrier's name, but it begins with the letter 'A'. You can figure out the rest fairly easily. I cannot praise Frances enough for her knowledge, skill and ability to accomplish this most difficult task under non-ideal circumstances, a task that other retailers were unable to do - or even attempt. Moreover, EVERY one of the staff worked synergistically to assist each other when technical issues or glitches arose with any customer, jumping in to help out and resolve problems without skipping a beat. Just a truly refreshing, and increasingly RARE experience to observe in retail these days. All of this, of course, is orchestrated by Jodi, the confident, experienced, and always helpful manager. This store is beyond fabulous, the staff is absolutely wonderful, helpful, friendly and personable, and treatment such as this is the very reason I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for 20 years! This is most definitely a case where a simple 'thank you' can never be enough. You guys are GREAT!”
