“Excellent service, my first choice for an oil change in the area (and honestly, the only place I've gone for the past few years). Quick full service, staff who have given us a few very helpful car care tips (e.g., battery testing low) without any motivation other than informing the customer. 10/10 recommend!”
“All team members were cheerful and helpful, but Maggie was exceptional -- like a neighbor or like a good friend from my own daughters' inner circles. She looked for a rental vehicle that did not have a computer screen, that had knobs that I could locate by touch (without having to take my eyes off the road). She showed me how to use features that are *not* in my Crosstrek. Maggie patiently and thoroughly explained (more than once) why additional insurance for rentals (beyond my Erie policy) represents a safeguard with considerable risk reduction for additional expenses, if disaster strikes. She never pressured me at all; in fact she triple-checked that I wanted to continue the extra coverage. She worked very well with the team at Baierl Body Works during the course of my repair. My contact with Maggie provided reassurance during a relatively stressful experience.”
“Easy to reserve and pick up car. Easy to upgrade to an available hybrid. Izzy to extend term of rental. Easy to upgrade from a daily to a weekly rate. Ended up being more expensive than I planned, but weekly rate made expense comparable to market pricing.”
“Renting a car was very simple. Staff walk me through the process very quickly, had a car within 5-10 minutes. The staff was kind and helpful, great service and had an overall great experience. They can pick and drop off customers as long as you're within the 5 mile radius (sometimes they will have exceptions - depends on how busy it is, how far, etc).”

“I had such a great experience here, especially thanks to Tim. I accidentally left my phone behind, and he went out of his way to make sure I got it back quickly. He was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring, which made a stressful situation feel so much smaller and manageable.

“I encountered difficulties with a Budget rental at a different location last week. Despite booking and paying for a rental online, upon arrival at the designated pickup location, I was informed that no vehicle was available and was directed to an alternative location. At the downtown Budget office, an employee named Bacler provided exceptional assistance, ensuring I received the vehicle I had reserved. His efforts were instrumental in enabling our scheduled beach vacation departure the following day.”
“This is my first time to use this branch in Pittsburgh on route eight. Everyone is so great I had nothing but an outstanding experience staff are friendly, accommodating, even though the reason for my rental because of an insurance claim was not in a good mood to start with upset from my car accident, they made the process very much painless. Also commended and impressed with the cleanliness of the cars. I had driven two different vehicles in that period each one of them was noticeably clean on the inside no odors.
