“Came in with multiple things I wanted to get accomplished. I had an Omega seamaster pro that needed a battery, a vintage seiko that needed a battery, a G-Shock that needed a battery, and a watch that was on a rubber strap that I wanted to put on a bracelet. I was helped immediately and they got me in and out in within 20 minutes at a fraction of the cost that other high end jewelers in the area have charged me and in a fraction of the time. While waiting I looked around the store and the selection they have of watches is great as well. They had to order a battery for the vintage Seiko and told me whenever I’m in the area again to just stop by and they’ll get it done in a few minutes. I will certainly be having all repairs and services, as well as do some shopping, here in the near and far future. They earned a customer for life today.”

They worked with us to build the exact same ring while keeping the budget in mind the whole time. We were able to build the ring for the same price as the original ring which was on clearance at the time. We also had our 4 year with us who is very curious and talkative and not once did they ignore her or make her seem like a nuisance. They played with her and talked while also meeting our needs.
