I was in the store yesterday on Tuesday @ Ross Park Mall & I was Treated like a Princess & with Dignity (I loved the Charity of Donations of Handbags being made to Women's Shelter) The Staff was Lovely, The Store was immaculate & the products are stunning (if I could afford I would have bought 1 of everything)

Everyone that works at this shoppe is always helpful. I love all of the jewelry here. Everything is nicely made. I have never had issues with any purchase. I had to return something only because I received two of the same. The associates were happy to refund or exchange my item. Excellent customer service.
