“This location was a favorite when I lived nearby and now that I’m close again I’m happy to report it’s a favorite again. Apart from weekday lunch hours and morning rush congestion, it’s usually fairly quiet and more than tolerable even when busier. Employees are friendly, prices are reasonable, deli sandwiches are made well, and all food and drinks are fresh...it is Wawa, after all, and after years of living in places where they don’t exist made me appreciate the quality of their products that much more. A lot more laid back and less crowded than the location at the other end of Rock Hill Road on Belmont Avenue. During the aforementioned rush hours, the parking lot can be tricky to navigate, but there’s also extra space when the auto repair shop next door is closed. IMO definitely one of the better locations in the area.”

“I go here once a month and it’s not the best Wawa I’ve seen. Def in a interesting place as it’s like on the road practically but it has everything a Wawa could have. It’s small but everyone is generally nice I’ve met some good people there and shamcow was there once which is ?”

“Nice clean and spaceous environment and air-conditioning excellente! ??? I stopped in for a cherry Pepsi cola and it was very crispy cold especially for a hot day it was 94° outside, but humidity was at it's peak made it feel I was 98° with all the rain that the area been having recently and that was a great satisfaction to have that type of relief. Pizza looked great. Much less greasier than other 7 Eleven stores. They do not have just one person working 3 registers which I've been noticing lately ever since April. ? Even though the workers do a great job. But shouldn't be working the lottery registrater and also 2 registers. They should get more pay for that. Another thing how does that make that person feel safe when they're the only one working there? But that does open the door for any error to happen. The cashapp money transfer needs to be fixed. This one lady wanted to upload money and couldn't and she didn't put no money to her card 24 hours. I do not like the fact that any employee can feel overwhelmed working 3 registers and it's not just this store. I hope they're getting paid extra for this, but there should be more than one person at a store in day time or night. Especially a 24 hours convenient store okay??? ?? The lady was the sweetest person though btw and she was very polite and quick in her work. But seriously 7 Eleven you can do much better than that. Hire a guard at least yo. ??”

“This is actually a good place. The customer service is good, it might be a little slow but, they always make sure the customer got what they need. Just watch out for the boul who always there opening doors HE WILL ASK YOU FOR CHANGE.”

“Mabel at the CVS on Rock Hill Road in Bala Cynwyd was really helpful today. Because of a couple of absent employees, she took initiative to wait on several pharmacy pickup customers at one time and did so accurately and while smiling the whole time. Kelly stepped up and helped when she could, also! What great customer service!”

“The people at this CVS are so nice from the pharmacist to the check out staff! Other locations need to learn from this one! I was impressed with how much the pharmacist cares for her staff even when they are busy and demands are high. Bravo!”

“I met with the pharmacist today to talk about switching my husband's prescriptions from Rite Aid because that store is closing,
She was very helpful and assured me that she would do everything she could to make the transition go smoothly.
All the employees I came in contact with were pleasant and helpful. The only problem I experienced was a shortage of shopping carts. The cashier at the front desk explained that there is a shortage and was very apologetic.”
