They took the time to get to know me and send me my receipts by email which helps me to keep track of them better - no paper to lose. Someone is always there during their hours - this was a problem at the grocery store I was using. I love the one stop drop off location - I can drop off all my - USPS, FedEx and UPS - at one convenient location. No more running around town to different locations. “Tom helped me out today in a major way! I came to pick up a print order for my wedding invitations I purchased through canva. I realized there was an issue with the order on my end. Tom went above and beyond to help. He was short staffed and had customers he was helping and instead of just telling me to get it fixed with canva, he finished helping who was in line and took the time to fix it for me. This was a huge relief. If I need any othe FedEx services im coming here.”

They are always so kind and friendly no matter the time of day, year or amount of people in line! They make it so easy to do to return packages. They are also super helpful if you need help with any packages as well,”
“This location has yet to give me any problems. When you need to drop off a package, they’re there to take care of it - as long as there are no issues with your package, it takes almost no time at all and you’re in/out as the snap of a finger! The staff is also really nice and there’s a lot of parking space too.
The only complaint I have is the hours, only open 4hrs most days at 4pm? That’s tricky and not everyone in the area can conveniently stop by during that window. I guess that’s why USPS is open from the morning until 5pm…”

“I use this terminal for 20+ Will Call pallet pick ups a year of close to 2000lbs. each. Always courteous, he4lpful and quick to load my vehicle. I very seldom have a problem with any damage, and when I do, it is minimal and not the terminal's fault, but an "in transit" problem.”
