“Recently bought 4 new tires at CJ Tires including the protection plan. My tire pressure gauge came on so I took my car in to have them checked. Turns out I had a roofing nail in one tire and the tire had to be replaced. Because of the protection plan I did not have to pay for a new tire. I was so glad I bought the protection plan. With one new tire, it paid for itself!”

As was foretold by their amazing recs, Austin's was excellent. They fixed the engine in less time and with less funds than had been estimated and they gave me a full, multipage review of everything they did. Then they called to follow up to make sure everything was going well! Amazing service and great workmanship. I grew up around mechanics and haven't felt this comfortable and taken care of since I was a child in the dealership my grandfather managed. Can't recommend them enough!”

“I came in for my tires to be replaced. Mason at the desk is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE and I immediately deffered to him on what to get. The price for EVERYTHING I was relieved was quite reasonable and I was thrilled that I was APPROVED for credit as I just didn't want to make the FULL investment at this time. One thing I REALLY want to EMPHASIZE is as I was sitting there waiting for the service to be completed I observed MASON @ the desk interacting with numerous customers and he really is the EPITOME of Customer Service. His knowledge and his demeanor are EXCEPTIONAL! I was in Customer Service for MANY years and I must say a QUALITY employee like him is RARE.”

“I stopped by mavis tire at the westgate mall today because I saw drips on the cart port and asked if they could please check my fluids and tire pressure . They were very nice and took care of me right away
The manager and technicians wee very nice and knowledgeable I recently had an oil pan and transmission hose replaced and thought it could be one of those
They examined the car meticulously finding a hose clamp missing from the hose of the power steering pump. This gave me great peace of mind as I was scared it could be an engine seal or head gasket
They were able to fix the issue

“This was my first time getting my car serviced here and I am more than happy to have given them my business. I chose to come here because of the positive reviews and they surely don’t lie. Their customer service is great, they are honest about your car, and they absolutely will take good care of it. I had quite a few issues coming in; disconnected bumper, issues with my axel and brakes, poor tread, the works. What could be fixed was taken care of and I was given recommendations for what’s next. I wasn’t pressured to get any extra services done and was able to retrieve my car very quickly.
Prices are comparable to other shops, but I would rather pay to know my vehicle is in good hands. I would definitely recommend getting your car serviced here if you’re searching for a new mechanic!”

“I went to this store for inspection and after making me wait for about half an hour store manager Joe told me that it would take more than 2 and a half hours. When I showed my dissatisfaction he said he was going to see what he could do but after making me wait for another 40 minutes he didn’t do anything and he didn’t communicate with me.
After this post the regional training manager called me and we talked. He is a real professional and was very kind. Therefore, I am editing this post.”

The whole repair took about five minutes and the price was super affordable. The staff was quick, efficient, and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future tire issues. “Great experience. I have been dealing with a sunroof leak for about 6 months now. Visited dealership multiple times & they were unable to properly diagnose. I was actually quoted $3,500 for a brand new sunroof. Found dreisbachs auto on google & went for it due to positive reviews. Made an appointment & a few hours later my vehicle was ready. Extremely great price. 2 months later and my sunroof has not leaked a single drop! Mike is truly great & provided me with great customer service & all the preventative information needed to avoid future sunroof repairs. If i could rate a 10/10 i would but google only allows 5 stars haha. Overall, truly a great shop & not your average mechanic trying to overcharge for unnecessary repairs. “I purchased a window regulator from these folks and the process was excellent and they shipped the part to me, had no issues with it. Fast forward a month or so and another regulator went on my car. I called them and they had one I needed. They tested the part prior to shipping and called to let me know it did not work. That’s a stand up way to run a business. If I need any more parts I’ll be going back to them.”

“My car was towed on a Friday. Hanks was closed Saturday and Sunday, and thought Monday as well due to being a holiday. I was worried about the price and not being able to work. I received a call back early Monday morning from Robert who informed me that yes they were closed but he would wait for me to retrieve my car, and worked with me on the price which was a lot less than I anticipated. He was helpful, courteous, and I could tell he wasn’t just trying to get the most out of me like other tow companies I’ve dealt with in the past.”

“Stopped by M&W for concerns regarding my exhaust on my truck. Spoke with William and he was very accommodating and put my truck on the lift and confirmed I needed a muffler. Called today to follow up with the installation of the muffler. William said the muffler would be in today and asked if I was able to bring in my truck. My muffler was installed in a timely manner and everything was perfect. I even asked if they would install a new O2 sensor which I provided. Again, William and the team were very accommodating and professional.

“Best mechanic in the area! For example, one time brought my car to Tim while he was dealing with a lot. He had double pneumonia in both lungs and the shop was super understaffed. He could have easily turned me away (which would have been completely understandable) but he didn’t. When I dropped it off, I forgot to grab my keys. The next day was a holiday and I didn’t realize until we were heading out the door to go to family events, that due to my mistake, I had no access to both my kids car seats that I desperately needed. I frantically made a post asking if anyone had an extra car seat or possibly his contact information. The post lead me to his wife, who thankfully got me into contact with Tim. They could have told me to eff off, but instead, they drove to the shop on a holiday to drop off my keys so I could grab the car seats. Once he was able to finally look at my car, it turned out the root cause of my car issues was a cracked battery terminal. This was thankfully a quick and cheap fix. Tim could have lied and told me I needed a new starter, and I wouldn’t have known any different, but instead he was honest, even after I made him and his family go out of their way on a holiday.
Typically, my biggest concern when going to a mechanic is that someone is going to take advantage due to my lack of knowledge regarding cars. You’ll never have to worry about that at Tim’s auto. Sooo if you’re ever in the area and in need of a mechanic, look no further. You won’t be disappointed with the pricing or the service you receive. And the honesty he provides is the cherry on top. ☺️”
“Alex's tire center came to my place of employment , picked up my vehicle, drove it to their shop, put 4 brand new tires, wheel alignment , and some other parts that I needed, Then drove my truck back to my place of employment. And the price for all that was very reasonable and worth every penny. I would highly recommend them. Sam was awesome and very easy to talk to. The mechanics did a great job. Thank you !”
