“The person who reserved the car for me was Luzio and he was extremely nice. Two other guys obtained a UCB cord for my mobile and connected my Google maps to the larger screen in the rental. They also set the destination, excluded toll roads and activated the speaker function for the turns. I'm not a techie and this made my ride from Philly to State College very enjoyable.”

“I rented a car at the Budget in Youngstown, OH and they gave me an electric car as that was the only vehicle they had available. I had no experience with an electric car and was assured that all would be fine for my 400 mile trip. After driving about 235 miles, I stopped to charge the car and found out I didn't have an adapter to supercharge the battery, thus it would take 9 hours to get full charge. After going back and forth with customer service for almost 4 hours, I figured out on my own to head over to State College Airport and found Paris and Brian behind the Budget counter. They were saviors! They offered support and exchanged the electric car for a gas engine car. They had me on the road in less than 15 minutes and I was able to make my way home. Thanks a million to Paris and Brian for their courteous service.”

“They close at 11:30 PM, and my flight was delayed. I contacted them earlier to let them know and they stayed open later. They were the only car rental company to stay later and were able to assist others that were on the flight that booked with other car rental companies in State College Airport.”

I brought an item back the next day due to a software issue, and they immediately started the process of sending it out to get fixed, and they helped me with another item I wanted. They are kind, cordial, and they are good conversationalists.”
