I arrived a short time later and greeted by several workers just inside the front entrance. I explained that I placed an online order and within minutes, the items were brought out to my truck. “A little tight backing in to dock from street but not that bad with a 48ft spread axle plus I can dump the air out of my rear axle for tighter turning radius. Whse guys are really nice and efficient. The lady who runs the place is really nice also. All and all nice & friendly people to deliver too.”

“We purchased a new storm door and had it installed by Lowe's; we love our full view door. JC came out to measure the door, Cody helped us order it. The first door arrived cracked but the second door was perfect. Cody was kind and very patient while I was deciding on the door and hardware. JC did a great job with the installation! The only negative was there is a small disconnect with the installer receiving the information that the item was delivered and ready for install. I called Lowes to see if the item arrived, then they forwarded the information to the installer and the installer called me pretty quickly. This happened with the first broken door and the second perfect door. I also hate to be connected to corporate Lowe's...I prefer talking to individual Lowe's I'm dealing with. I love the door so much, I thought about giving 5 stars but those little issues definitely made the process less than perfect.”
“I frequent this store often as I live up the street. Today, I came in to buy new slats for a broken bed frame. Everyone at the store is friendly, and there is usually at least 1 person ready to help with experience in what you need. Today, it was Dan. He knew exactly how to help and gave advice on how to complete the repair. Will be back next time I attempt to fix something.”

“I drive out there from Braddock/East Pgh. Prices are reasonable. True building supply yard. Staff always goes above and beyond to help w/ material specs and loading. They can even accommodate if using an atypical vehicle to load sand (5) buckets for smaller jobs.”
“This is a terrific hardware store. The people who work there seem to actually listen to and care about their customers. I have had some questions which were probably quite stupid, and they have never made me feel dumb for asking. They are also very knowledgeable about all sorts of repairs and projects, and will help you find exactly what you need for what you're doing. And if you need something they don't carry, the staff will direct you to the right store for it.
This has become my go-to store for bolts, tools, spray paint, and other random things I need.”

“I came to Ferguson's for the same reason I've seen others list that going to Lowe's or home Depot there's no help to be found and when it is regrettably they're not knowledgeable of the department they're assisting in.
Ferguson's was great the guy who helped me was quick knew exactly what I was looking for and had me out within 5 minutes of walking in. Cost wise it was about 2 bucks more than ordering and waiting a week through any other companies time was was saved and project completed same day so the 2 bucks well worth it.!!!

“Hot water tank went out. Immediately looked online, filled out a form on The Home Depot’s website. Within an hour or two I got a call from Mitchell’s plumbing for details. I provided them, braced myself for the cost, and was given some options for same day installation and haul away over the phone. Pulled the trigger on it through my HD credit card, Mitchell was there within 4-5 hours and it was done. 0% financing. Only thing that could’ve been smoother was the paperwork since their tablet couldn’t get an internet signal. Overall this was quite painless. Satisfied.
