“I rented two units here a few years ago and cant complain at all. At the time I didnt realize how great this place was because I hadnt experienced the other ones in this area. But after one storage place replaced my units entire door and lock and rearranged my belongings breaking a few things without notifying me, and another place had a bad rodent problem that ruined a lot of stuff while they kept raising their prices every 6 months so they could continue to provide a clean safe place, scam artists. I should've just went back here instead. You might cost a little more but its totally worth it.”

“I had a major infestation in one of my units, lost items. 2nd unit no reportable issues. I'm just renting another close to the one with no reportable issues. Considering placing critter repellents. Minimal lighting is an issue. Please consider increasing.

“The 2 separate crews of gentlemen that loaded and unloaded our Zippy container (Texas: Jesus and his 2 co workers & Pennsylvania: James and Kevin) were EXCELLENT!
All of our items arrived safely.
Communication was extremely poor from Zippy. I thought I would choose a delivery date. Instead one was assigned to me over a week later than I desired. On the assigned delivery date, we were given a different (several days later) delivery date. We received no email or text the day before the new delivery date with a delivery time window.
A call and text was sent an hour before the movers arrived but the phone was in airplane mode. I became aware of the movers arrival when they rang my doorbell.”

“I would absolutely recommend this place, SteelSafe Storage, your place to my family and friends. Like I had said before a lot of storage space for the price.
One possibility for me that I would like , is security gates built into this facility and with access codes for us who rent there. I’m addressing this because I’m in my storage quite a bit and all hours. I work nights and this is convenient for me.
I feel alittle unsure of some people coming in all wee hours in the night And I’m sure don’t belong there.
Alittle weird and uncomfortable . I’m a private person. Stay to myself and don’t get involved in situations. Come and go as need be for my work issues.

like this place. The price is great. Big easy access . Clean . Quite. No one bothers you. I’ve had 2 other storage units that were totally the opposite from SteelSafe storage and very expensive for a small storage unit. Compared to SteelSafe storage. This place is very big and roomy. Thank you agsi. SteelSafe Storage. And thanks to my friend for telling me about this place. Nice little town too.”
