“This store is nice and spacious, so many office supplies you'll need but some are pretty pricey.
Also, got stuck in a long line as there was only one cashier working on purchased orders and Amazon returns. Then minutes later, another staff finally got in to work with people's Staples orders.

“Top notch all the way. Professional planning and pickup and crating and shipping. All good. Updates along the way with tracking. Quality of the crating was over the top. Driver put it right where I asked. And it all came apart neatly with a power screwdriver - no crowbar and hammer. First time dealing with these folks and could not have been more pleased. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and you will have no issues.”

“I drive out of my way to use this fed ex store. As a company, specifically in regards to deliveries, I would rate fed ex at one star but this location is definitely five star worthy. I have only used their shipping services but they are helpful with securing, taping, printing, etc. if you call in advance they can provide an email address to send the label you need printed to save time.”

You can get your passport application here and also get your picture taken for it and they will help guide you through the entire process.”

“I’m assuming based of previous complaints that the lady who works here now has changed since she’s always very polite and helpful. Yeah they or she takes a hour for lunch I assume but why is this a issue? Is she supposed to stuff her face while waiting on customers? It’s the law that she takes at least a 30 min lunch anyways so give her a break. Imagine if it was you working there by yourself. It’s a small post office and NO MAIL GOES OUTTA THERE if you’re wondering. That’s the office on Thorn Run Rd I think for Coraopolis.”

“This PO has a small parking lot and that’s my only issue with it. I have no problems with the staff and that includes the lady with the “ red hair” as others have mentioned. She’s always been fine with me so I assume it’s the personality of the people she has to deal with.
People have entitlement issues!! She and others do their best to answer questions and I’ve heard a lot the questions asked and people can be so nasty to postal workers as if they aren’t humans! You never know what is going on at home of another person so don’t assume their attitude is all about You! Give them grace! Most of them work harder than a lot of people!”

The employee was helpful, glad we got her and not the other employees. It’s hit or miss here. It’s here or Staples and we happened to be closer to this location.”

“Glorious! I sent the wrong file to print and went to pick up right before leaving for my work trip. I about had a panic attack and the staff gave me a paper bag, let me count to 10, reminded me I will not die in that moment and asked if I could resent the new file from my phone and they would print it on the spot. HUZZAH! The day was saved ! I will be going back to Cranberry, PA Staples for all my new job’s client-facing materials. You just won the business of an average, below average height, nerd, overstimulated traveling salesman. Thank you!”
“My wife called in concern of not receiving mail after almost two months of doing a stop of mail at the old address and change of address for the new one. The gentleman we spoke with was beyond proficient in his area of expertise and got to the bottom of it within minutes. He was super professional, understood every concern of ours, and took the best care I feel could be given and represented by the USPS. Highly satisfied with the customer service we received, I forget the gentleman's name but he's been there 30+ years and he is fantastic.”

We get all our mail delivered to my our address and we don’t get any neighbors mail in my mailbox. We now don’t run into any usps mail issues that needs addressing. “This is a regular-size USPS with full services. The free car park in front has about two dozen spaces. There are interesting stone guardian statues of stylistic mail eagles set flanking the top of the stairs leading to the front entrance (see photos ). There is also a long ramp for wheelchair access at the side. The postmaster was very friendly and helpful.”

“Even when I was being a "Karen" to get an address changed after a death, the woman who worked there did her job well, despite having her hands tied due to newer regulations. I hope she understands I'm not mad at her - she's cool - I'm mad that I had to jump through a ton of hoops including the full probate process in another state and still received pushback out of USPS's fear of fraud.Make sure you have all your court docs ready showing you are the executor or administrator of the estate before you go.”
