I am from out of town and plan trips to the store when visiting family. I usually purchase 2-3 pairs at a time and have not had an injury since my training volume has increased. Only place I will go for running shoes. Ever.”

“Today I was saved from buying a new pair of shoes. Today I tried addressing a pair of shoes on and realize the bottom of my heels was missing. I went on a quest looking for a shoe repair which nowadays is not like in the old days they are a few far in between. I looked up on Google and found Crafton shoe service. The gentleman answered the phone and told me that they have moved and gave me the address. Once I arrive to his house where he has his business high encounter a very pleasant gentleman that took care of my shoes in a very short time the price was great. The customer service was amazing! I highly recommend Crafton shoe service”

“Every employee in there made me feel comfortable in an environment that I was very new to. I had no idea what I was doing and no idea what size my girls were in ballet shoes. But they took control for me and directed me to what I needed and changed out sizes so that we could find just the right fit without ever making me feel like I was inconveniencing them.”

“Best deals for quality outdoor wear. I'm so proud to wear Columbia clothing as it stands behind it's quality. Spent over 200 yesterday for clothing our Alaska Trip next year. Amazing sales. The lady walking around the store (gray hair ponytail)was so very helpful and informative! You just don't see this kind of help in store these days. She was wonderful. However, I have to say the young man at the register with glasses was not so courteous. He seemed bored and not really that friendly. Couldn't really hear him mumble about being an awards member (which we are).
Oh well, we are still grateful for this store and well worth the trip to shop here!”
“Wonderful customer service. My online order didn't fit well, and they laced + had me try on several other styles based on my feedback. I didn't end up finding a shoe that fit how I needed it to (very wide feet), but the assistant manager was more helpful than I can describe.
The music in the store was top-notch, too. I'd never heard of TRAAMS before!”

“They have a very clean store and there are some decent tennis shoes there. They do have very good deals from time to time on certainly shoes. Like a bogo 1/2 off sale. As far as boots, dress shoes and other styles, they have a very basic selection that are popular at the time of sale. Also they do have work shoes and benches for you to sit down at, they could definitely use a few more mirrors though. I was unable to locate the little nylon peds at the time.”

“The employees at the Settlers Ridge store are all very nice and helpful, but two employees provided excellent customer service. Richard Wilson helped my son find really comfortable slip-in athletic shoes. First, he measured his feet. Then, he worked with him by giving him several styles to try on. My son decided on a certain style and has been very satisfied with them. Richard is very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.
Aaron Campell was especially helpful during my multiple visits to the store. I have issues with my feet, so Aaron helped me find shoes for my specific needs. He is always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.
Both of these employees are great and will help you find shoes that are just what you need.”

“Just got my beat on boots resoled here. Awesome experience im Ironworker im super hard on boots for $60.00 he cleaned them, oiled them, and resoled the boots. It took 2 weeks from the time of drop off until i picked them up from him. Definitely recommend way better than $300.00 for new boots. AWSOME STORE AND OWNER ! not many places left like this anymore.”

I have gone in here numerous times and have always been greeted with the warmest welcome. These welcomes never seem superficial. They always seem very sincere like they really do care about your day and such.
A couple employees in particular stuck out to me. A young lady, I believe her name is Izzy, is just the sweetest soul. She is always bubbly and happy, and even when you can tell she had a long day, she doesn’t make it known because she slaps a smile on her face and lets it go for the time being. She is genuinely so respectful and always is just so cheerful.
All the managers are just great here. They’re so welcoming and very helpful when it comes to sizing and picking out shoes. The whole staff is amazing but the managers really stuck out to me.
I have come in multiple times not even looking to buy but just to look and they even love helping people look at what they might like. You really don’t have to buy anything for these lovely people to jump in and talk with you!
I really recommend checking them out! They always also have great shoes on display and are always wearing some sort of cool shoes!!
