I have relied on the post office for years, and the staff there has truly lived up to the tradition of the US Postal Service (and Department of the Post Office prior to 1971). I can't tell you the number of times that that counter staff was patient, helpful, and reassuring. Staff has changed, and yet, this high standard has continued to this day. Delivering a service to the rest of the People in such a dedicated way, and with a human touch. Please keep at it.”

“Olgie at this branch is great! She's helpful, kind, and a pleasure to work with! When we went last Friday, (July 3rd) however, they opened 20 minutes late with no explanation. Olgie had told me (before the July 3rd late opening) That she doesn't work Fridays, so it wasn't her.”

“Never had a problem there but they have cut their hours back and the older lady ("Jennifer?") that used to work there is apparently no longer there, mainly staffed with younger employees who sometimes don't know how to do things...also has a sign saying they don't accept more than five packages at a time.”

It's not close. Two other area post offices insisted something would be $9 dollars to mail. Each one gave a a different reason for the cost. Each one said the other one was wrong.
Pulled in here, she said I'm a rule sticker but let's see if it fits in the slot. It did.
