“I did shopping around and price comparisons and nothing compares to the low prices offered by H A Hartman and Son. Not only are the prices phenomenal, but the customer service is the best through and through. I believe I dealt with Donna although I cannot be 100% certain that was her name. What I can be certain of is that when I found I no longer needed the unit I had paid for she was beyond helpful and gracious and then apologized for not being able to help more than she could. I had no complaints and was satisfied with the level of care, but she said she wished she could have helped more. If I ever need a storage unit again I will be calling H A Hartman and Son first bc nothing beats the personalized and fantastic customer service they provide. Thank You!”
“The place is very nice neat and clean the guy who owns the place is very nice too I would recommend this place to anybody the only thing is reason why the prices are so low they don't have dumpsters there on site you got to have to go young trash away but the prices are good for the footage”

“I haven't rented a uhaul in years and my experience this time was easier and way more pleasant than I recall. I resevered the truck last week, arrived this morning, was easily and quickly checked out, the truck went okay except for the crazy-wonky steering, and check-in was fast and painless. The two men who waited on me -- one in the morning, another this afternoon, were super friendly and helpful. I'm pleased with the ease and convenience of my rental experience.”

“My wife and I brought our tractor in on our way back to California on Saturday morning with an error code that had caused us a break down a few weeks before. Technicians at other shops seem content with running a regen and kicking you down the road, not this shop!Cody and his crew stayed late to replace a nox sensor and find the problem with our closed SCR loop code. I’m happy to report we made it all the way back home without incident thanks to this shop.”

“I accidentally went to this spot trying to help a buddy move stuff. I was approached by two dudes that I thought were homeless at first, but they said they were security. They told me people were selling drugs in the area and they were concerned for their grandma who manages the place. He ended up calling his grandma who was very nice and offered to let me come inside and wait for my friend. The one guy then asked me if I was a cop because my cousins van has dark tint. I felt like I was 12 again and it was the first time I bought weed. Anyway, ended up being nice guys. They should have some uniforms or something though..or at least be willing to tell you their names. Some lady was throwing rocks into the street at cars too. I left really confused and my buddy sent me the wrong address anyway. I’d probably go back though…??”

“This place was awesome and mechanics there actually no what there doing. Head mechanic was jake told him my engine’s lights were on look at it and noticed it was a water pump and and wire harness. However, the manager on duty quickly changed the reservation for a larger truck immediately available for the same price.Was a small move of a piano, and the mover we used states "that location is my favorite to work with". We would agree. When our need arises, we'll be back again.”

He was very curtious and offered to call a tow truck . Thankfully , with the help of my wife and brother in law, I was able to get my truck running again.”
“I don't know why this place has bad reviews. The people at Budget were able to accommodate me as a young driver when I needed to rent a car. I was in and out of the place in 20 minutes with a sweet Ford Focus they brought right to me. Check in was rather seamless with no issues. You definitely need to have your insurance card with you: I left mine in my car in California. Pretty standard rental policy like not driving it across international borders and no smoking. I'm dropping the car off at the airport, so I can't speak to the drop off process, but from observation that seemed rather painless too. I've dealt with terrible rental companies, this isn't one.”
