Hands down one of the best groom shops in the Pittsburgh/cannonsburg area. Those ladies have decades upon decades of knowledge combined. They create a calm environment and know how to do not only the average pet hair cut but show cuts too!! They will get to know your dog an their personality and work with them and do what's best for them! They focus on your pets needs so not to scare or traumatize them, they are keen to help your dog understand the process, which is huge! Compined with me brushing at home ive only seen positives not only in my dogs attitude towards grooming but the overall patience in my dog. Huge bonus that they keep their salon smelling great and clean! A true gem within their community.

Canon Hill Veterinary Clinic

I am editing my review but not changing any star rating- I originally went to this practice to have a stray cat, Jade, that we were FINALLY able to catch get spayed. This was the only vet I could get a reasonable appointment with and another one quoted me $800-$1,000.00 for the spay. Jade was too far pregnant when she went for the initial visit so we had to wait for the kittens to be born and then were able to bring her in for her spay. The team worked with the pricing and she was treated very well and the incision looked neat and well done. The kittens have since gone on to their new homes but the new owners chose Canon-Hill as the place to have them fixed. Fast forward to this week when my cat, Lynx, who has a history of constipation became very ill so I ran him to the emergency vet who quoted me $4,000.00-$6,000.00 for the deobstipation. I called Canon Hill and the gave a quote over the phone and were able to get him in soon. The staff was very friendly with my cat and he seemed to be very comfortable with them. The cost for the procedure was within the verbal quote and the only additonal cost was bloodwork which I gave my okay for before they did it which is appreciated. They also cleaned his bum and hind legs off really well since this was a very messy procedure and I appreciated that he got to go home nice and clean. They communicated well with what happened and any issues and prescribed new meds to hopefully give out guy a much better quality of life.

Our older dog was being very aggressive towards our new puppy, to the point where we were worried we would have to give the new puppy away. We tried multiple dog trainers, none of whom were really able to make much of a difference. We finally contacted Crystal at Stellar Pets after finding her name on the official list of certified behaviorists, and she was able to completely fix the problem within two sessions. She is extremely positive with the dogs, and you can see the changes in behavior almost immediately. One of the biggest differences I noticed between Stellar Pets and the other places we tried was that Crystal was the only one who actually customized her behavior training to the specific personalities of our dogs. I highly recommend Stellar Pets!
