“My dad used Home Life Appliances for repairs and replacements. Months before he passed away, he handed me their card and told me to use them if I ever needed a repair when I took over his house. I trusted my dad. When my somewhat old washing machine stopped spinning, I gave them a call. The owner was able to come out the following week (today). Setting up the appointment with the receptionist was easy and she gave me a clear idea of what it would probably cost, stressing that I would be informed and free to make a decision if it might go over that price. I also explained that I would not be home during the time the owner would be coming over and we worked something out where a relative would meet him at the house. Everything worked out smoothly and they had everything fixed before I returned home. The price was fair. I felt that the service was honest. My only regret is that I wasn't there to thank the owner for his work. I truly appreciate small businesses like this and the skills and knowledge of the owner. Thank you. You helped during a very stressful time. Clean socks are awesome too.”
“Just had OLED TV installed in a recess above the fireplace. This was a tricky job at best, but Jim and Mike made measurements and double checked everything before installing a singe bolt in the wall. Expert craftsmanship and attention to detail every step of the way. The result was an 83” TV installed EXACTLY where I wanted it to be. I would recommend Voss TV to everyone I know for great sales (Matt and Rick) thru perfect installation. This is a First Class experience from beginning to end !!!”

“On 4/5 I was helped by a wonderful person (Sui/Siu (apologies I don’t recall how their name was spelled,)) who was super kind, personable, and knowledgeable about iPhones and answered a ton of questions for me. On 4/6 I went in to buy a new phone and Emily was just as amazing. They answered every question I had with 100% confidence and got me set up and out the door with no issues at all.

“Hot water tank went out. Immediately looked online, filled out a form on The Home Depot’s website. Within an hour or two I got a call from Mitchell’s plumbing for details. I provided them, braced myself for the cost, and was given some options for same day installation and haul away over the phone. Pulled the trigger on it through my HD credit card, Mitchell was there within 4-5 hours and it was done. 0% financing. Only thing that could’ve been smoother was the paperwork since their tablet couldn’t get an internet signal. Overall this was quite painless. Satisfied. Hope it lasts.Service: Plumbing fixture installation”

When my dryer died 6 months later, I bought a Whirlpool dryer, also sight unseen. I can't recommend Heckman's enough. I got two like-new appliances for less that I was quoted to repair my old ones.”
