“The Shop and Save in Heidelberg is clean and generally well kept. The produce is also usually pretty fresh, with a wide selection.

The employees know their jobs and know where things are located in the store. It's a rare thing if I have to ask an employee where something is located and they don't know.

The best thing about Shop and Save is their "famous " two day sale. They generally have the same things each time...ground meat, bagels, OJ, deli meats, etc., but the prices pit them on par with Aldi' s, but with much better selection.

Overall, the store is clean, well organized, and has fresh produce, meats, and baked goods. I would definitely recommend them, especially given how much Giant Eagle costs now!”

“Great customer service from the cashiers. Seems like this store is always busy and only one cashier to handle it all! They get the job done. Although it could have been 5 stars but i ran into an issue with one of the managers here the other day. I asked this gentleman a simple question and he seemed very unhappy with his job and pretty much answered my question but delivered it with attitude. Very rude. So I asked the cashier for his name and she told me his name is “josh” . With that being said josh needs talked to about his attitude in his place of work. Very unprofessional and if it wasn’t for the friendly cashiers I sure as HECK wouldn’t be coming back to shop here !”

“Mekkah Shop is very clean, and their meat is always fresh. They take great care when cutting the meat and use clean, hygienic machines. The products come from different countries, which meet the expectations of diverse customers. The staff are polite, well-mannered, and very helpful. They also sell some fresh vegetables and fruits that I can’t find in other stores.”

“Nice place for fresh meat. They ve fish, but it is rarely available. They stock meat on Thursdays. The store also has a wide variety of spices and daily cooking items.”

“They - the people who work here - are people; human beings who understand you took are a human being too, and they genuinely look to help you.

Multiple times I have either messed something up or my doctor has sent the wrong Rx to the wrong place or my insurance is saying I’m not allowed to have the meds I’ve been taking for 20 years or whatever it happens to be that day that would traditionally make a visit to the pharmacy kind of frustrating, and both the Pharmacist and the pharmacy techs have gone above and beyond to help me get things figured out and get me the meds I needed same day and even right as I’m standing there getting things squared away.

If you need help, talk to Meis. I have seldom seen the level of care Meis takes with each person outside of maybe high end jewelry salesmen, but, let’s be honest, I’ve always kind of just assumed they’re working on commission and wanting a sale. Meis has saved me - personally - hundreds of dollars ya, easily, in the last year alone. Meis saved me over $80 on a single med *today alone* - that’s wild!”

“Great store. They are always restocking the shelves and great customer service. Con to the store as in all Walmarts they need more cashiers. Two-Three lanes open and the self check out makes you not want to shop.”
