I spent 4 months trying to prove I don’t live in Philadelphia because I live in Bethlehem my whole life. It was right before Christmas 2025. I walked in feeling defeated until John asked if he could be of service. With a smile he brought me over to his desk. He heard my story and immediately asked for my documents and helped send them to the right people . John made my holiday because a week later they sent me a letter saying I wasn’t responsible and it was taken of my credit report! Thank you so much John you are an Angel?”

Then, they had to resend me a debit card. I finally had enough and went to this branch of PNC where Jose took my on quick notice in his schedule and made an account. He got me completely set up with online banking, customer processing, and a physical debit card in under an hour. That was yesterday and today my funds have all cleared not even 24 hours later.I'll be sticking with this branch of PNC, thank you for your help and getting me set up.”
