They provided me with a receipt that I needed for insurance purposes. I went home, submitted the receipt, and boom, I got my money back the same day. I left the phone with them overnight, and everything was fixed by the next day. I highly recommend their services.
If you have any other tech products that you want to sell, they also purchase them. Instead of listing them on eBay, consider selling them here. Supporting local businesses, especially in downtown Allentown, is crucial for our community. I couldn't be happier with their service.”

“Target stores are always clean, laid out in an organized coherent manner, and well-managed. The Richland store stands out because the quality of your staff is excellent. Every Target associate I've met from that store has been pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The cashier who rang me out today was exceptional. She worked with me to demonstrate how to get the proper discounts so I could take advantage of the Cyber Monday sale and was patient, polite, and extremely understanding. I'm not impressed often but I was impressed today.”

There were three exceptional sales representatives (I'm sorry, I should have asked all of your names) who listened to me and went extraordinarily out of their way to help resolve my issue. They connected me to the right method that worked!! I tried previously through other T mobile members but this team did what their tech team could not for 8 days, 12 calls, and two visits to a different location. This is the only location I will recommend for any mobile phone or phone needs again!! Exceptional service and care!”

The workers were so pleasant and seemed to love there jobs. And no it's not a new Walmart. Someone is doing there job right at this location.
