“As always, it couldn't have been easier. I reserved the car in advance, got there 5 minutes before my pick-up time, and was in the car in under 3 minutes including all the signatures and inspection. It took me longer to adjust the mirrors. Location is convenient and the staff is great.”

“Enterprise did not have the midsize SUV that I had reserved, so they substituted a HUGE Dodge Durango at the same price. As our insurance company was footing the bill, I didn’t quibble, though I worried about the gas mileage. 23.4 MPH was very respectable and if I had children again, I’d buy one. The Pick up and After Hours Return were both very smooth.”

“I came to John L Smith and Affordable Car Rental when my car had to go into the shop to get a new engine. I was without a car for almost a month. Right away I was welcomed in at Affordable Car rental. They were so accommodating, asked me what day I got paid and that they would withdraw the weekly Payments for the rental each week on that day. They would send me a personal phone call double check with the amount and ask if it was OK to withdraw, which for being a single mother with only one income, extremely helpful. They were very helpful with any questions I had And explained everything thoroughly. They have a customer for life.”

“The service I received was very personable and helpful. I had an issue with the vehicle I was originally assigned but Tremaine and Dae’Shawn quickly resolved the situation. The personalized service I received from Tremaine was refreshing, she checked on me after the vehicle switch to ensure I was satisfied. This is a smaller location than I’m used to renting from so they don’t have as many car options, especially for customers with status. I took off one star with hopes that corporate will work to get this amazing team better vehicles.”

“Jazel and Lala were a huge help with returning my car. The process was quick and easy and they helped me resolve and issue I had with the rental. They were really friendly and welcoming. I’m only in the area once a year but will consider this location in the future because of their service. There also a gentleman working, I did not interact with him but he was also being friendly and helping another guest. The three of them made for a great experience and atmosphere.”
