Super easy online setup, and Tony in the management office is great to work with and has always been available, helpful, and responsive. You can park and unload right at the climate controlled buildings doors, which was perfect because it rained for a couple of days that we were moving stuff in.”

As for the car, it Is beautiful, Exactly as advertised times two. I was blown away when it was delivered to me. The process to buy the car remotely was incredibly smooth and easy. “I wanted to write a review considering that I have only used uhaul to move my furniture and the trucks are convenient for those moving in a time constraint. The truck I received was a bit big, I was not expecting to be charge $200 to go less than 50miles. My transaction was disputed by the GM Taylor Eskridge , although I did not hassle about the mileage, I was concerned about the fuel fee that I was charged . I would recommend this service at this location, just make sure you have photos on your phone not just through the link evaluations. Contract# 79626382”

The units are clean and well-lit, which made me feel much more comfortable when I had to stop by later in the evening to drop off a few boxes. I really appreciated that the access hours are flexible, allowing me to come and go on my own schedule without feeling rushed. The staff on-site was professional and walked me through the different unit sizes to make sure I wasn't paying for more space than I actually needed. The security measures, like the gated entry and cameras, gave me peace of mind that my items were safe. The carts are strong and I always found one in the building that my unit is in. It appears that all the clients respect and take care of the property, too. I especially like the fact that it's a family-owned business that takes pride in their company, their employees and service, and their facilities - and all at a fair and reasonable price. Good job!!”
“Would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that the gate shuts down at 9:45p and you have to retype in your code at exit (instead of automatically opening with a pressure plate/sensor, like many other storage facilities have)”

“Hi All ... If you are looking for a Storage unit you have to call Carmen over on McFarlan road in Kennett Square. His units are clean and easy to access. I priced around so don't waste your time in doing that . The local guys are CRAZY in price !!! I actually rent 2 ( a drive up and also a Climate Controlled for my business) If you do rent please tell him I referred you as I get a credit on my account . Carmen was easy to talk to and understood my storage needs also didn't try and push a larger size . Happy Easter !!!”
