I arrived today and Harry, the manager was great - friendly, kind, helpful! He assisted me in accessing the unit, getting a new lock and making arrangements to sell much of the stuff. As an elderly, chronically ill, disabled woman, the extra care was greatly appreciated!”

“I ordered an entire unit online. They had their own personal lock waiting, within a welcome bag. I started loading it day 1. The Team called me day 2, to see if I had any questions, needed anything. This was the easiest part of my move, TBH. The lot is nice easy to navigate. I drive right up, open the gate, do my business & move on.”

The units are clean and well-lit, which made me feel much more comfortable when I had to stop by later in the evening to drop off a few boxes. I really appreciated that the access hours are flexible, allowing me to come and go on my own schedule without feeling rushed. “I wanted to write a review considering that I have only used uhaul to move my furniture and the trucks are convenient for those moving in a time constraint. The truck I received was a bit big, I was not expecting to be charge $200 to go less than 50miles. My transaction was disputed by the GM Taylor Eskridge , although I did not hassle about the mileage, I was concerned about the fuel fee that I was charged . The carts are strong and I always found one in the building that my unit is in. It appears that all the clients respect and take care of the property, too. I especially like the fact that it's a family-owned business that takes pride in their company, their employees and service, and their facilities - and all at a fair and reasonable price. Good job!!”

“Would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that the gate shuts down at 9:45p and you have to retype in your code at exit (instead of automatically opening with a pressure plate/sensor, like many other storage facilities have)”
