While I typically find getting blood drawn uncomfortable, the professionals who assisted me made the experience as seamless as possible. “I usually don’t write reviews for this kind of thing but I have to for this location. I have been taking blood On and off for the last year, and I have been going to different locations. I figured I would try out the Ivyland spot and it is 10 out of 10. I got there right when they opened at 7 AM and I was leaving by 7:20 AM as a walk-in appointment. The lab tech who took my blood work, knew I was nervous because I had a lot of blood to give for my lab results and she was able to talk To me the entire time so I would not get in my head. This will be my main point to go to moving forward because they were that great!”
“Feels like going to a private doctors office and not a free clinic. Personable, caring, accommodatingly individualistic treatment by a warm, compassionate and thorough, knowledgeable staff in a clean and comforting friendly environment. The head NP ❤️ and entire staff are always willing to explain things; the exact opposite of any clinic experience I have ever had since switching to public insurance. Feel like a person and not just a rushed number/statistic. Highly recommend.”

“The staff at this Quest are amazing, and I've been to a few. They are highly skilled. They were especially amazing with my kid, who has been traumatized by a past lab visit when very young at one of the Quests I'll never go back to (in NY, western Long Island but I forget if it was Lake Success or Garden City?). I highly recommend this location.”
“Always a good experience here. I've only done walk-ins with no appointment, and my longest wait was maybe 30mins. Average is less than 15mins. The staff is always kind and professional. They get you in and out pretty quickly.”
“It seems like other people had issues at this location, but my experience was great. It was convenient to make an appointment online and sign in using the kiosk upon arrival. When I arrived from my appointment, I found that my doctors office hadn’t called in the paperwork. The lady at the reception desk patiently waited while I called my doctors office and got the orders sent over. The nurse who drew my blood did a great job. It was very quick, easy and painless. All in all I was in and out of the office within about 20 minutes.”
“I have a huge phobia of needles, and blood work specifically is a huge trigger for me, so I was not the easiest patient to work with. The phlebotomist who worked with me was very patient, kind, and accommodating. It was so fast, not very painful, and I had no bruising! Thanks so much for helping me get through it!”

“The technician went over and above - she noticed the doctor had used an incorrect code for a test, called the doctors office, and while she was not able to get through, I was impressed with her efforts to try and resolve the problem.”
“Dawn is the reason I choose this location every time over any other! She’s incredibly kind, efficient, and quick. Whenever I have an appointment, I’m seen quickly with little to no wait. When I've come as a walk-in I usually just go around the afternoon and it's always in & out. If you come as a walk-in during morning hours expect to wait, though that is reasonable given everyone is trying to get in before work + the pre-established appt patients take priority.”

“First time patient at this office. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Front staff was fabulous and Dr. Cavanaugh’s medical assistant (forget her name) is very friendly and outgoing. Quick wait time. After switching to this practice after my previous doctor at another practice left I was very nervous b/c I loved my previous doctor. But I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Cavanaugh! She really listens and explains things to my understanding!”
“Came in as a walk in around 4:20 pm on a Tuesday. They close at 5. I sat for about 5 minutes before being called back. The tech checked me in and quickly took my blood. She was professional. She did not say much except what she needed to say. I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes.”

bad reviews, BUT there is new staff and I’ve had such an easy, good experience the past two times I’ve visited. Ignore the old reviews, the old issues are gone.”
